Ordered a drink through the app. I get to the location and they do not have the ingredients to make my drink. I asked for a refund. They stated that I have to get a refund from the app. When I ask them how to request it, they don’t even know. So I go to the app and it sends me directly to a survey so at this time I have no drink and I have no refund. I called the store to speak to a manager, and the voicemail is full. I need a refund, how do I get it??

My husband and I come to this location at least 3 times a week. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. The staff is never not friendly and our order is always exactly what we expect. There’s usually never a wait in line or for our order either.
On one occasion there was a hair trapped just under the lid and the ladies immediately apologized and replaced my whole drink.
Yesterday I was here and tried to use a free drink reward but unfortunately their system wasn’t working and my bank card declined so Alexandra gave me my drink on the house!
We will continue to come here and recommend it for others as well ☺️

I have tried 5 different coffee shops versions of shaken brown sugar cinnamon lattes and scooters has been by far my favorite tasting. Additionally,. My daughter loves their blueberry muffins so we love to have mommy daughter dates there. And thanks to some of the cool things they do we now have matching scooters crock charms on our shoes and a twirly scooters straw. Lastly, the employees there are so sweet and amazing at this location. Definitely some of the best customer service. 100/10 recommend this location.

fast and super nice but my drink was so bad. ordered a iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla cold foam. the drink tasted like water. i don’t even think they used oat milk. i usually go to a different scooters and my drink has never tasted like that!

They are always super quick and always kind. I love the coffee drinks but food is not always something the greatest. We also have allergies so that makes the food a little harder. For coffee, it is great however!
