This place used to be great. Nowadays, not so much. I have had several less than stellar visits recently, but I kept going back because I used to love the place. Today was my last attempt. The photos are of a drink I took one sip of, then left for a few minutes while I unloaded my car. Sure, some melting might have happened, but not enough for this to have been considered a full medium. At around $6.00 a pop, it’s just not worth it anymore. (Two stars vs one since they used to be great and deserve credit for that.)

honestly worse experience at this place. got every single thing we ordered wrong. had to pull around and park just to get all our drinks wrong. took forever. also at first, they didn’t even get our entire order so we had to do it again and then they were all wrong drinks. not even close to what we ordered.

I always wonder how much of my $10 drink I’m actually getting at this store. I frequent another store closer to my work because I feel that half of my “extras” that I pay for are dumped. I love the peanut butter protein shakes, but I add a couple of shots of espresso. I order a large, but most of the time at this store, I watch them dump almost a full other drink down the sink as they “overmake” my drink making me believe I am not getting what I paid for.

I go there every day that I work, sometimes on the way to and from. Never had any issues. The coffee is always good and they are always very nice. They also have given my dogs treats before which is cool, my dogs love them.
