I stopped by Scooters this afternoon and I got a decaf coffee because I’m currently pregnant and haven’t had caffeine in months. I specifically ordered decaf and the girl even asked me if I wanted an “extra shot” and I reiterated that it was decaf. She didn’t give me decaf. This is the second time I’ve had this happen at this location and there are actual reasons people ask for decaf coffee. This could have a negative effect on my baby or someone could legitimately have a heart condition. I absolutely will not be giving this establishment my business again.

I go there every day that I work, sometimes on the way to and from. Never had any issues. The coffee is always good and they are always very nice. They also have given my dogs treats before which is cool, my dogs love them.

Love my Scooter’s! I’d go more often if I hadn’t moved out of town. The baristas are great and I really wish they wore name tags so I could give personal shout outs to the Scooter’s baristas! Always great coffee and fast, friendly service.

I always wonder how much of my $10 drink I’m actually getting at this store. I frequent another store closer to my work because I feel that half of my “extras” that I pay for are dumped. I love the peanut butter protein shakes, but I add a couple of shots of espresso. I order a large, but most of the time at this store, I watch them dump almost a full other drink down the sink as they “overmake” my drink making me believe I am not getting what I paid for.

Started coming here almost every morning for the last 2 weeks. They’re pretty good. What’s nice. However they’re out of whip cream quite often. They were out for a couple days 4 days ago and now out again. I’m sure several people use this on their drinks in the morning. To be out that often makes you wonder why meeting the customer needs are as important as they should be. Pass 2 otherplaces to go here. It is a small complaint andThats the only complaint.
