I ordered several drinks at another location, that were made wrong and in the wrong size.

Reagan and Kyan at the north 7 location were extremely helpful and understanding about new crews at other locations.

They remade the drinks that were wrong right from our recipe . Very helpful and they should be rewarded by management for how well the handled everything, and for being friendly the whole time.

Very disheartened after my visit today. I’ve been visiting this location for 3 years now. Getting the same drink, same size for almost 2 of them. While I’ve had some issues with the taste, mostly the drink being too sweet, I started requesting less pumps of syurp to help with that! After awhile they stopped honoring my request because my drinks were MUCH sweeter than they’ve ever been. So today I decided to try something different. Basic, only 1 pump of vanilla, short and sweet. My total was almost $8!!!! Was not expecting that at all, when the lady at the window told me my total I asked if they’d started making the drink and she told me no, so I switched to my original order. She was fine and there didn’t seem to be any issues, until she told me my new total. Still over $7?? Again, I’ve ordered this same drink for almost 2 years straight, several times a week and my total has always always been $6.03. So just out of curiosity I asked her if they’d upped their prices lately as it’s been a few days since I’ve visited. She turned to the girl working behind her making the drinks to ask and the girl rolled her eyes and said she “had no idea”. I finished paying and when the lady at the windows turned around to get my drink, the girl handing it off made a comment “if you can’t afford coffee why come here”. I was extremely taken back and honestly a little mad at the remark. I got my drink and asked the lady at the window for the girls name(I was originally just going to contact someone privately on the matter with the employees information) when I was told I needed to “move along” because “they had a long line waiting” and the window then closed. There was quite literally ONE car that had just pulled up to order as we were talking. I’m not sure if she’s new, this is her first customer service job or just simply having a bad day- but I don’t think any of it was appropriate nor does it make me want to return. Love you scooters but not enough to pay $8 for a drink and attitude.

Updating to add – the true manager of this location did follow up with me Monday morning and was very receptive to my feedback and customer service frustrations. She was very kind, and I was very impressed the business followed up on a customer concern! Still bummed over the whole situation, but it was resolved in a professional way and that’s much appreciated!

Please stop offering ordering ahead on the app of the customer still has to announce their arrival before the order will be made. What is the point? Truly. And the order is paid for thru the app, so if a customer doesn’t pickup their order timely, that would be on the customer not Scooters. Aligning with other food establishments/ coffee shops on the benefits of mobile apps, ordering ahead, etc would be really beneficial for the business and us regulars! Or please advise the store to have a better line system at minimum. Order ahead VS drive thru? Today was chaos per usual on a Saturday morning. Taking tips and tricks from chick fil a or Dutch bros would be so appreciated!? Also, as others have mentioned, the manager at this location is atrocious. She is just unkind. I don’t think coaching on customer service skills would go very far. Have had a couple of interactions with her over the years, but today’s interaction took the cake. Also, most importantly, the coffee is so hit or miss. The prices are too high (everywhere, not just scooters) to be paying $8 for a warmed up cup of milk. Please get with it scooters! I’m embarrassed to admit how often we frequent Scooters, but would really love to not have to find a new coffee spot! Sadly, it will be unavoidable if changes aren’t made though. PS – shoutout to Vanessa (I think), very kind, professional, problem solver, great all around!

Great coffee but more then once I’ve gotten coffee that wasn’t full. Let it go tue first 2 times but yea now I’ll need to check it for now on I guess. It’s a little think but it also isn’t. 6 dollars is alot for a not full cup. Lovely staff!

Came here for the first time. I ordered a large chai tea iced. Large looks like a medium but the straw looks like it goes into a large making it akward to drink from. See photo with my confused face. The staff, however, was very friendly, courteous and awesome. The chai, though, wasn’t bursting with spices. It was kind of bland. I prefer the dunkin donuts chai across the street.

Some of the staff was nice, like the ones taking the order walking around outside, but overall this was the worst tasting coffee I’ve had from scooters and it’s incredibly sad. One coffee that was ordered iced was given hot, then both drinks didn’t even have a hint of coffee and we ordered extra shots of expresso. I’ll drive to another location tho.

They’ve hired some new staff recently for morning shift. While the individuals at the drive-thru are great, the baristas are not. I’m paying a lot of money to get my dirty chai, and the last two times, it has tasted like warm milk. I took my drink back the last time, and the person made it again, with the same results. I’ve been getting these from this location twice a week for the last year and a half. I’m going to start taking my business elsewhere.

As always, the staff is very friendly and they always know my drink. I’ve been coming here since you opened the store. As of yesterday though I will no longer be going to scooters. The way I have to order my drink changed so now the price went up over six dollars more and now my drink that was typically seven dollars and some change is now almost $14. I absolutely love the drink I get but it’s not that great or worth it. It’s a shame it used to be about the customers now everywhere you go. It’s about the Almighty dollar. Good going scooters.☹️
