Today on February 22, My Husband and I went by to get coffee as we do ever Sunday morning. As we got to the window the lady at the window asked me if I have the coffee my husband was getting and I told her yes and she told me a $8 total and I told her I also had the drink I was getting after handing her my card and I was watching her with my card as she was holding it in one hand bending it hotdog style and I heard the crack a card makes when it is broken. She immediately closed the window. When my card gets handed to anyone I watch my card the whole time it is being processed and everything until it is handed back to me on purpose, I mean it’s connected to my bank. Then the young girl opened the window and told me they couldn’t except the card because it was broken and I handed to her like that, I told her no I watch her do it. Then a lady from the back over by where they make the drinks come around the side and was telling her that I could either give another card, cash, or I could go on about my day they were to busy and couldn’t deal with this right now. The lady that said this I couldn’t see her face or anything. And because I don’t keep cash on me or any other cards other than my bank card I took my card and left. Then I tried to call up there to talk to the manager and they wouldn’t not answer the phone. I am calling corporate over this tomorrow morning. That was completely uncalled for. If the lady wouldn’t have lied to my face and told me it was cracked when I handed it to her and the lady in the back would have said that they were to busy to deal with this right now. I would have had a little bit of a different attitude about it.

As a Washington State resident visiting Missouri I can only give 3 stars. When I asked how many shots they said three, it tasted like one. The staff was not chipper and friendly as I am used to PNW barista’s being. They said the price and here’s your drink, not even a smile.

I drive a truck for a living so I walked across the street to get some coffee, I had to walk through the drive through. Felt awkward. The girls working were really nice and inviting everything was great, I got the peanut butter crunch blended.

Quick and easy stop for coffee, just off Highways 63 and 36. Friendly service too! This location offers Nitro Cold Brew, not available at all Scooter’s shops, and I always recommend checking to see what the brewed coffee flavor of the day is, delicious as a cafe au lait.

Stopped on our way home to IL. Great options and staff is friendly. We got the hot chai tea latte, iced cinnamon cream latte and an iced plain latte. Great options for kids too. Cotton candy smoothie was delicious.

Customer service was 100%! The young man who got us our order was one of the nicest young men! Coffee also very good! The young man gave our kiddos lollipops and was so sweet to them. Even if the coffee wasn’t very good, I’d come back because of how sweet the young man was! So refreshing to see the people are still kind out there. Thank you Macon Scooters for hiring pleasant workers!

I love Scooters, but I won’t be going back to this location. I accidentally put my online order in at a different town 30 minutes away. The drink was already paid for, and I even showed my order confirmation. I asked for either a refund or if they could just make me the drink anyway, even though it was ordered to the wrong location. The manager denied me my drink, and couldn’t even refund me. Thankfully the Kirksville location took my name and info and agreed to give me my drink next time I come by. But I was very disappointed to miss getting my coffee when I really needed it!
