I order here frequently. I try not to complain but my experience today was terrible. I was really excited to get a duck and was refused one even though I paid for an XL coffee and had someone get it for me. My co worker also picked up drinks for other co workers that do not drive, and they also wanted ducks. If it was ONE per CAR like they stated at the window it should have been advertised that way. It was advertised as buy any XL or L drink to get the free duck. We were also told at the window if we came back in different cars they would give us the ducks then when we attempted to do that we were told no.
With that said, here lately my coffee has tasted like flavored milk, it doesn’t taste like coffee at all and I even PAY for the extra shot of espresso.
Anytime I order a tea, the app only allows me to add one pump of cane syrup to it when I tell them I want my tea to be sweet they don’t put anything in it yet try to assure us that it’s sweet. My co workers also have the same issue when they order tea from here as well.
Management is typically rude to both myself and my coworkers. Not sure what happened within the last few months but it has sucked.

Ordered a strawberry a red bull infusion with strawberry cold foam received some kind of blended drink that they said was strawberry, but was yellow. Ask for them to make what I ordered, which was a $9.75 drink. They again gave me a drink with no strawberry at all.. This order was to survive a 12 hour overnight shift. I guess it’s time to find a new coffee shop

The lady’s taking the order are very friendly, but the people inside making the coffee have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a coffee and was given something that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I went back so they could correct the order and give me the right coffee… it was wrong the second time as well! I paid over $7.00 for this drink that I ended up throwing away… it was horrible.

My husband and I go here almost every single morning, and have since they opened. We have a location where we are originally from that we loved, so we were excited to see they were opening one here. The wait time has been fine. Having two workers standing in the drive-thru line almost seems counter productive, when they are never able to scan the app with their machine, and they have gotten our order wrong almost every time, so we end up doing it all at the window anyways. Our drinks are never anything crazy (usually just one blended white mocha, and one hot white mocha), but the three times I’ve tried ordering a sugar free, low calorie drink, I’ve gotten something different. The drink separates almost immediately and I’m not able to drink it (I have gotten the sugar free turtle every time this has happened). I did have it one time though where it was amazing, but didn’t taste sugar free, and almost tasted like my normal white mocha. The sandwich is always sloppy, and thrown in the bag to where the cheese melts to the bag, and it never makes it on the sandwich. This morning, there was one piece of bacon slopped on the very side of the sandwich, and again, the cheese melted to the entire inside of the bag. Very disappointing considering how much it cost. Overall, it’s fine. I will still probably go here every morning instead of driving to Wentzville to Starbucks. But just some things to consider!

We were having a bachelorette weekend and I pulled in to get my daughter coffee. The young lady at the window was paying attention!! She noticed that my car said bride to be and more, asked me if I wanted her to write on her cup? Of course!! She wished her luck from Scooters. That little lady did not know the emotions that would trigger for this momma! Thank you so much for being observant, caring and sweet! I kept the lid for her memory box!

Drive-thru only coffee stop, easy to access just off the interstate. Standard Scooter’s menu plus Nitro cold brew. Pro tip: Ask about the brewed coffee flavor of the day, and try it as a cafe au lait! Seems like a newer shop designed to handle a high volume of customers with two drive-thru lanes for taking orders, although only one was open the Saturday afternoon I passed through, and there was a moderate wait in line. The experience felt very transactional, but efficient for grabbing coffee and getting back on the road.

Never in my life have I ever been so insulted by a product from any place of buisness ive ever been to. Don’t order a fruit n ice unless you want to pay 7 dollars for literally a cup of ice that’s a different color. What a world we live in. Baffled by this one.

Scooters is amazing and I love it, but more often than not some simple things on my order like extra drizzle is left off when I’ve added and it paid for it. Other than that I have no complaints. Fast and super nice people. Best part is not having to leave my car!!

Absolutely love Scooters, they are so nice and respectful every time I go through. My favorite coffee place by far, thank you to the staff for being so sweet and considerate. When I went through this morning they gave me a free coffee since they accidentally made the wrong one but they are always super fast! They had both of my drinks ready as soon as I paid. It’s wonderful how fast they get drinks made while being efficient and kind. Thank you!

Waited in a line around the building only to receive a messed up the coffee, once again. The Warrenton, MO location is one of the worse on the weekends. Whenever a flavored coffee is ordered, it is excepted flavor would be had. None.
