This is only the second time I’ve ever been to Scooter’s Coffee, and I have to admit that second time was just as great as the first time! I had no idea there was a Scooters in Bartonville as the first one I tried was in Clinton, IL. It was in a nice location and you could tell that it was a new build. It was a bit distracting that there were two huge bulletin boards right near the drive-thru but you can’t really control that too much. Customer service was good and the menu was easy to maneuver through. Always nice being greeted with a smile. Coffee was amazing, I had the caramelicious latte and my husband had the peanut butter crunch Blended. We will be returning!

Coffee is solid but the wait while the staff holds a 10 minute conversation with every vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. While I’m sure locals love the great conversation for those of us just wanting our morning coffee it’s a complete annoyance and ruins the experience. Won’t be back here again.

I have been going to Scooters coffee since they opened their Bartonville location. The staff are always friendly and the service is always fantastic. Today, I went through on my way to work. I have been going through some hard times, and was feeling especially depressed today. When I got to the window to pay, the young lady (with curly red hair) smiled at me and told me that the staff had paid for my large peanut butter power. They have no idea how much I needed that random act of kindness. It really brightened my day. Thank you again, staff at Scooters. Your kindness changed the course of my day and reminded me that there is still plenty of kindness in a world that can sometimes seem so full of hate. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Simply put… service is really bad. I haven’t been greeted with a smile once and typically they are pretty rude on top of it. In addition to the poor service the “BACON” sandwich I ordered was smothered in cheese and the bacon wasn’t cooked hardly at all. Ahhh there is nothing like raw bacon in the morning.
Drinks were good, this spot is a great recommendation if you like energy drinks/coffee with a side of “I wish you weren’t here ordering from us.”

I come here before work and place an order online 10 minutes before my arrival. I get there hoping I don’t have to wait, but I still have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through to get an order that was placed 20 minutes prior, which makes me nearly late to work.

EDIT : The company contacted me & the manager Brandy corrected the issue, so I tried the business again with a frozen drink and it was great. The manager was super nice & very customer conscious. Hats off to this company!! I stand corrected.(** 1st review: The hot mocha was served to me cold. I sat at the window and somehow they served a hot beverage cold. Won’t be spending my coffee money there again.)

I have gone here quite a few times. Service has been hit or miss. Some days it’s good and some days its not. Sometimes my drinks are great and others, the ice isn’t blended in my blender drinks. They have growth opportunity and I hope they get there because I prefer this over Starbucks and Dunkin.

Tied ordering an iced coffee even after being asked if I wanted a latte I said no just a caramel iced coffee was still given and iced latte and charged 10$ for it is not worth the hype in my opinion but then again I don’t like lattes I’ll stick with McDonald’s

Their sugar free drinks are GREAT!!! So are their burritos and maple waffle sandwiches!! The two young ladies working the window were so polite and friendly!! I highly recommend this place!!
