We have two favorite places to go get coffee & Scooter’s is one of them! We live in Sterling & will make special trips to RF just to get it. They are so kind and their coffee is so good. Our kiddos also enjoy getting their mini donuts. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I also highly recommend getting their app. It is so easy to use & you can earn free stuff, which is always a plus!

I’m getting a little tired of reading complaints from small town minds towards small town businesses that provide an exceptional service. I’ve never had an issue with the prices at Scooters. When compared to the local competition, I would be more than happy to pay an extra buck or two for the genuine greetings and smiles (and handwritten notes of motivation) I receive from the staff. Customer service is central to their philosophy of placing customer satisfaction above profits while retaining their competitive edge, and it shows every day with the personalized interactions the staff have with their customers at this location.
Small towns have a tendency to see new businesses as a novelty that quickly wear out their welcome if the prices aren’t the lowest in the business. There is always a price to pay for bottom-of-the-barrel prices. Scooters excels at what they do and I am very happy to see them as a worthy competitor to Dunkin’ Donuts and Casey’s, and as an additional option for those who want their goodies on the fly. Their business is about expediency and top-notch customer service while providing an impressive selection of product for the size they are. So you will have to forgive them for not putting in a walk-up window that would undoubtedly slow that service down.
When you drive through Scooters, attempt to reciprocate just an ounce of the positive attitude and vibes the staff provides their customers. That’s not too much to ask, and you may even crack a worthy smile yourself.

I love going to Scooters because the employees are always smiling and seem to enjoy working there. I would love to shout out the person whos idea it was to put a little plastic duck on top of the drinks. It is absolutely adorable and made my entire day.

Six months ago was the first time I tried a Scooters Coffee. I was delighted that they served a matcha latte. Then when I asked for additional scoop of matcha and was charged a dollar more for my drink I stopped visiting. A scoop is 1/4 teaspoon. Yes, a 1/4 teaspoon cost $1.00 more.

12.95 after tax for a large coffee and a breakfast sandwich without the sausage. All I can say is that’s not gonna happen again. McDonald’s is about 10 seconds away for 4 dollars less. There bagel is bigger and better too.
