We went to the drive through. Ordered all coffees ☕️ Great customer service the ladies at the window were very nice all smiles and wanted me to taste my coffee to make sure it had enough cream and suger before we drove off. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I was excited to try this place as I’m visiting from out of town. I had ordered a small iced latte with an extra shot and extra ice. When I got to the window, they charged me $7.51 and handed me a
medium that did not have extra ice. I decided not to say anything about the wrong size as I had already paid but I did ask if I could get a small side of ice on the side. I was told that they would be unable to give me a cup of ice unless they charged me $1 for the small cup. After paying almost $8 for a coffee I didn’t want to pay anymore money. So I said no worries and drove off unsatisfied with the customer service. Staff was super friendly but did not make the experience right.

Ordered a Blue Raspberry Red Bull Infusion it did not disappoint. Crisp and full of energy just what I needed before work. Was totally expecting the drive thru to be packed as it was the grand opening, however, I was given my drink and food in no time at all. The everything bagel with spicy sausage is amazing. Hopefully this plays sticks around, sandwich is notorious for businesses not staying open. 10/10 on my order, keep up the hard work

I ordered a small wild berry smoothie. It was really good. Not overly sweet. Nearest thing for smoothies was smoothie king in yorkville but their overly expensive and overly sweet at times. Will definitely be coming back here. The staff was very friendly and got my drink right away.

My new favorite place for coffee! The girls at the drive-thru window are always so sweet and the coffee tastes amazing. I suggest the iced pumpkin carmelicious with pumpkin cold foam or a mocha blender! The cinnamon rolls also never disappoint.

Grand opening today so I figured i’d give my first impression
Pros: staff is friendly, prices are cheap, quality is MOSTLY great, and the Frappe’s are blended to perfection!
Cons: maple waffle sandwhich waffles taste cheap, caramel syrup used in frapp’s is light (not bad by any means but if you order one expecting some zing then ask for a little extra), and finally this is their first day open so we have not yet seen what they will be like when quality dips.
All in all the experience was definitely 5 star worthy and i highly encourage anyone in the area to try them out ESPECIALLY since the two local dunkins in the area are both god awful! Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because a couple of quality concerns but definitely try them out!

The only reason I’m giving a two star is because I don’t like how the mobile ordering works where they don’t start your drink until you get there and at the window there’s been multiple times where I’ve had to wait 10 minutes for my drink to be made, I think that’s the only thing that needs to be changed. Is when you’re doing an order online it should be ready when you get there.
