Love their Elf (movie) themed seasonal drinks. My friend had a Maple Carmelicious latte; I had a Maple Chai (yumm). I always love Scooters, and this one is Veteran-owned! How cool to know we’re supporting a veteran entrepreneur.

The coffee is getting better. 1st time was so acidic. Nice staff and they offer a Veteran’s discount. The cups are lovely. The tiny donuts were very hard, bur economical. They should be replaced ot microwaved before selling. Nice coffee. I just take black.

Delicious drinks, fun experience, and friendly service! We had the Caramelicious frozen latte and the orange sparkling float (forgot the name of it). Super tasty and not too sugary like the Starbucks drinks are. Very well balanced and love that it’s Veteran owned! My dog also got a pup cup despite being obnoxious and barking a little too loudly Super kind staff! Support this local business!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus it’s also veteran owned! We come all the time but lately we haven’t. That’s due to the inconsistency of the drinks. The coffee itself has really good flavor. But after today my coffee tasted awful. Even asked them what drink is this when they handed me the drink. It tasted so bad, I feel like they ran out of whatever to make the drink and just used what they had. Even the color of the drink was way off. It was really disappointed.

Terrible Experience — Completely Unprofessional
This drive-thru coffee shop is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever visited. The manager himself acts like a toddler, arguing instead of running the place properly. The employees are more focused on their phones than the customers — I literally had to wait while they finished whatever they were doing on their screens.
The area around the window and prep station looks filthy — sticky counters, trash overflowing, and spilled drinks everywhere. It’s honestly so dirty that the health department would have a field day here.
If you care about good service, clean surroundings, or just basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t take pride in what they do.

Always love our Scooter’s! I believe my wife scared them into finally opening in Illinois.
Our first time having Scooter’s was in Chattanooga over 5 years ago. Finally don’t have to travel out of state as there’s 2 by us now….
And of course the food is good too!

I am going to “scoot on over” more often after trying this new coffee shop. I definitely think the quality of coffee is 10 times better than Starbucks. Not overly sweet, but had a nice robust coffee flavor. If you are in the area, it’s worth hitting up over any of the dunkin or Starbucks locations

Went to Scooters at Bilingbrook at 4pm on Christmas Day. I checked the hours before I went. Hours listed as being open until 6pm.
When I got there they refused to even acknowledge me. Totally ignoring me Wouldn’t look at us. Two others cars with multiple occupants/customers were there too receiving the same “service “
I knocked on the wi dow and asked one of the two employees what was up and she told me she decided to close. In the three ca rs there they contained 7 customers.

Came here to try , and I liked it , the iced coffees are not loaded with sugar , they are balanced and really good , I tried 3 different ones , I liked the autumn iced coffee . I like how they make the mobile orders when you come and say you are picking up , as other places they make them when the order goes thru and when you pick up the drink tastes watery due to the ice melting . The prices are decent and the employees are sweet and respectful, I will definitely be back when I am around for a drink .., I can’t wait to try other items … I thought the water bottles were cute I brought one to keep in my room 🙂
