Went in for a quick coffee break last weekend and ended up staying a bit longer than planned. The place had a relaxed, neighborhood kind of feel, not too loud and not awkwardly quiet either. I ordered a medium latte and a pastry. Coffee tasted fresh and balanced, not overly bitter, and the milk was steamed well. The pastry was decent, nothing fancy but enjoyable. Staff was polite and patient even though it was moderately busy. Seating was clean and comfortable, good spot to sit and scroll or chat. Overall, a solid coffee shop that does its job well without trying too hard.

I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and they fixed it, and were extremely nice. I felt so bad because it was for someone who was having a horrible day. They made me feel human, and they took care of me super quick.

I’ve been to scooters several times and never once have been disappointed! Great food (especially the cinnamon rolls), great coffee, and friendly staff. They always offer pup cups when I bring my dogs with. One tiny thing…I wish you could give them your phone number for the rewards. Sometimes my husband surprises me with coffee but he doesn’t use the app so when he does, I don’t get the rewards. That’s all

The specialty (seasonal) flavored hot latte I had was mediocre – not a lot of flavor, and underwhelming. The cashier/barista was friendly, professional, and did great. But add my disappointment that they do not allow you to use your own cup – when other coffee chains have figured out a method to facilitate this – and I don’t feel compelled to get Scooter’s again.

I want to like it! I’ve tried multiple times but it always just tastes like plain espresso or coffee, even with flavors added. The strawberry lime drink I had was OK but still pretty plain for the prices. Also wish they had a few more snack options. Service was spotty, sometimes a bit rude but other times very nice depending on who is working.

My favorite place to get coffee! I haven’t had something I didn’t love. The service is always friendly and efficient/quick. The coffee is always delicious and fresh, and the stickers are super cute (they name them too). Love love love Scooter’s Coffee 🙂

Never tried scooters before but I remember seeing them when I drove through Omaha. I was really excited to try them out and was not disappointed. SKIP STARBUCKS AND CARIBOU. Scooters is the place to be! I got a candy bar Expresso blended drink and they had heath bar flavor. The blended drink is so smooth and not ice chunks like you get at any other coffee place. Very impressed and the flavor is delicious! The staff were wonderful and super chill. I’m coming back for sure!

Darn good coffee an reasonably priced. I got a raspberry and vanilla iced latte, so good! The employees here are also very sweet. Will be back for sure.
