We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. You’ll taste the Scooter’s Coffee® difference in every drink.
Drive-thru chain serving espresso & other coffee drinks, plus a variety of smoothies & pastries.

I rarely, if ever give below a 5 star. I know how much a bad rating can affect a business. However, after multiple issues at this location, I sadly just CAN’T recommend it anymore. From online ordering, to ordering at the speaker. Including, not following directions for no whip. The on Veteran’s is a lot better. The staff at University may be busier due to the college, but they really need to work on their reading and listening skills. I apologize if this comes across harsh. It isn’t my intention, but I sadly won’t be back for quite some time.

Favorite coffee shop hands down. Would love if they opened more locations around town as it’s a little out of the way for me but it’s worth it!!! Their Candy Cane Forest Frap is sooooooo good and way better than Starbucks any day!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

I frequent the scooters on veterans. The drinks don’t even taste the same at this location. The smoothie had chunks of ice and my PB crunch blender was bitter. After waiting 5 minutes for the 3rd item. Handed me a dripping smoothie. Told them I didn’t like the blender they told me to pull around and they would remake it and bring it out. Waited for 10 minutes and decided to not wait. Don’t even want to try again.
Spoke with the manager a couple days later. Went back and gave them another try. 5 star
Experience. We have gone back a couple more times after church and it has been great. I have changed my review to 5 stars.

I use to a caribou coffee conisour and I had no idea what I was missing when I finally hit up Scooters, the coffee here is so much more fresh tasting ,I had the Iced Pumpkin caramelicious drink and let me tell you the Pumpkin actually taste like the good part of the pie ,vibrant and just sweet enough,as for caribou their pumpkin drinks taste like the burnt crust of the pie LOL so depends on what you like tbh officially #teamScooters

I use the app to order and I have gotten the wrong beverage a handful of times. The frustrations I have with this are that there’s no way to report a problem with an order on the app, I live an hour away and my time in town is often limited so I dont always have the option to return to the location for a replacement drink but I also cant notify the company through my purchase in the app.
When the drink is right, 5 stars!

Ordered a single espresso shot with caramel syrup on Ice and the total came to $4.57. That is $1 more than my regular caribou coffee store. I can’t comment on their regular drinks as I always drink espresso at coffee shops. I won’t be returning back and will stick to my go to caribou coffee.

It was a slow Sunday afternoon when I pulled up to the drive-thru. The person on the microphone seemed unenthusiastic and didn’t properly take my order. At the window, I had to repeat myself because my initial order hadn’t been recorded. My iced white mocha arrived incorrectly with whipped cream drizzling down the side—it’s not even supposed to include whipped cream. The staff didn’t bother to clean it up or correct the error. I mentioned the mistake, but since I was in a rush, I said not to remake it. The overall energy and attitude were poor, and they didn’t take responsibility for the mishap. Although the place had just opened, a quick check of the recipe or asking a colleague could have prevented the guessing and ensured a correct order.

The service was good and the food was okay. They did not have a credit card scanner however, the guy took my card then asked me what percentage tip I wanted to give. I’m fine with tipping in traditional places (ie sit down restaurants, delivery drivers) but why does everywhere ask for tips now? The asking for tips method seems coercive, especially if you can’t input it yourself and it has to be public. I’ll go somewhere else to get my coffee.

The service was amazing and my drink was great! While there was quite a line when I got there, things moved quickly for the amount of drinks I saw leaving the window. The barista who helped me was so warm and friendly, the interaction made my day and the coffee was delicious as always!

I am a regular at Scooters on Veteran’s. Heard there was a new location opening up North and decided to head that way. All staff are exceptionally pleasant, especially Elizabeth. I love all the fun specials they have, my current favorite is the iced sugar cookie latte that’s candy land themed! 5 stars all around!
