Absolutely amazing drinks, I tend to come often. The girls that work are sweet. However the management is awful. I’ve came through several times to the manager Brandy talking poorly about employees, most of which are young teens, and have even heard yelling in the back once or twice. I cannot believe Scooters would hire someone so apathetic and unprofessional.

I ordered a medium hot mocha but they forgot to steam the milk so my hot mocha was instead a slightly cold mocha

Scooters has good food with occasional seasonal flavors that are spectacular. The food is hot and filling. The rewards program is fantastic and the app makes things so easy. You can order ahead, pay at the store, and even redeem for free coffee right from the app.

My favorite scooters in Sioux Falls! Have never had a negative experience with staff and they are always working so hard to keep the line moving! One thing I do just want to express is paying full attention to the drink orders! I’m a new onset type 1 diabetic and my biggest fear is baristas not using the sugar free syrup. Unfortunately, that fear did come true this morning at this location. I noticed my sugar levels spiking early enough though and everything turned out okay! There’s a lot more dietary restrictions in the world today and it could potentially put someone’s life in danger. So, just a reminder to be mindful of orders and slow down enough to avoid those mistakes! Keep up the good work!

Today, I visited Scooter’s Coffee for the first time, as it is across the street from my apartment and I was curious about the place. I walked over after buying some groceries at Fareaway and attempted to place an order through the speaker, asking a few times ‘Hello, is anyone there? I would like to place an order.’ However, I was completely ignored. As I walk away, a car drove by shortly after, and the employee responded to that car. It seems like there might be a requirement to be in a car, but the employee could have kindly informed me of this. We could have gotten our car had we been told, but being completely ignored felt rude.

I don’t know if I have someone else’s order but it’s wrong they got 2 out of 4 correct but this has happened more than once. I know they’re busy but she repeated my order back and still got it wrong.

Mmmm, blended ice with essence of coffee. I always get an extra shot to avoid this. However, part of the time the shot doesn’t get added or there is extra ice added too. So much so that the drink won’t come up the straw. When things are made correctly, Scooters is the best. At $7 it’s not worth the risk anymore. Agree with the previous review that Starbucks does more to have genuine conversation with guests.
