I go to scooters every morning I NEVER have an issue with anything until this morning.. I ordered a large hot coffee when I went to go take a drink it was a little over half full.. I paid 8.00 for this and even tipped as I do every time I come.. very disappointed

I keep giving this place second and third chances, because they are near home. I have an issue every single time I order here. I’ve requested iced lattes and been given hot ones. I’ve gotten the wrong flavor. I’ve even ordered two drinks and been handed one. No idea what is going on in that little hut to cause such chaos.
Today I bought a large latte w extra shot ($7.65) and was handed a regular medium vanilla latte. I explained I ordered a large w extra shot. She said the screen told her medium and told me to have a good day. No offer to correct the drink or give me the difference in $ back.
And this was after a generous tip. So I left frustrated with my $9 medium (I’m guessing 12 or 14 oz) latte.
Skip this scooters if you want the order to actually be correct or expect any semblance of customer service. (It wasn’t a time issue; there was nobody else in line)

I went to scooters this morning and while the drive-through lady taking my order was very nice there was a lady that was in the back making my drink who was very rude. I got a strawberry Horizon Red Bull infusion and didn’t realize I didn’t order it blended and asked for it to be blended. I even offered to go around again and when the drive-through lady gave back my drink to get it blended, the younger lady was audibly upset and you could see she was visibly upset as well shaking her head and huffing and puffing. It was not a good start to my morning. Drive-through people can hear you while you’re making drinks inside of the store. Here’s a tip, Be mindful about how you act and how you speak when you’re at work.. Not happy with my experience at this scooters. If you can’t handle the rush don’t work in a drive-thru coffee shop

Unfortunately, my experience at this location this morning was disappointing. Around 9:30 a.m., I ordered a large Caramelicious with an extra shot and an everything bagel sandwich. When I asked for a napkin, the cashier responded with noticeable attitude and laughed, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I was also not given a receipt. As a Director of Operations myself, I hold customer service to a high standard, and this interaction fell short of what I would expect. I left a 20% tip out of habit but later regretted it given the experience.
This was surprising, as I’ve had positive interactions with team members at this location in the past. Unfortunately, after today’s visit, I don’t plan on returning.

Me and my sister were staying in Sioux Falls and decided to try Scooters out and we were not disappointed! We went for breakfast after getting coffee at a different place (also good but now I’m kind of disappointed that we didn’t try the coffee because it looked so good). We got the breakfast burrito, the blueberry muffin bites and a cinnamon roll. They were all so delicious and the staff were some of the friendliest people! Definitely recommend and next time we’re in Sioux Falls it’s fair to say that we will definitely try the coffee!!

Go to this location often. Tried to pay with cash, would not accept my 50. Apparently it is better to turn me away and throw away the drink, than to take my cash. But I’m sure they can afford it since they charge 7.99 a drink. Will quit giving them my business and I will move onto some other place!

Coffee is more like tea, and they will not sell you a full cup of just coffee without adding a bunch of water, and if they added water to this well, the two black dots are enough to see it

This is my family’s go to Scooters and so i hate to write this review b/c normally we get great service and product. But today i ordered a maple waffle sandwich without cheese b/c i have dairy allergies. I get my sandwich and it has cheese, like a lot of cheese. So i have to drive back to the scooters location, and ask to have it remade. I am told that the cheese that was on there was the best that they could do as it comes premade. I have ordered this sandwich before without cheese and it has never had any cheese on it. I ask for the sandwich to be remade, the employee agrees and goes inside, and i can hear an audible scream from the other side of the door. Another employee brings out my new sandwich (which has not a speck of cheese btw), but informed me that I’m “not allowed to walk up to the door.” So let me get this straight, you screw up my order, which i informed you ahead of time should be a certain way, and now i have to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru line for you to unscrew my order? If this Scooters weren’t so close to where i have daily business I would never come back and i would delete the scooters app from my phone. Terrible service, retraining is in order.
