First off let me start by saying that I love Scooters and have never had an issue with them before and I have been to multiple locations. This time though at the 10th street location the service was terrible! I ordered a sparkling float and asked for light ice I always order it this way because otherwise you get to much ice and barely and drink. The girl told me she couldn’t make it that way and I asked her why not I always order it that way without issue. She would give me an answer and made the drink with extra ice. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Coming to Scooters before work in the morning is one of my favorite ways to start the day. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy our quick little chats while I’m waiting for my coffee. I usually order the same thing every time and its good quality is consistent every time.

Don’t say you’re open if you’re not. I arrived after 6 am to get a coffee and the open sign was on as well as the menu sign. No one was there. A woman made a mobile order and she was the one who told me no one was inside. I’ll stick to my other coffee place since I know they will be there.

Employees seem to be more interested in talking for 10 minutes than the 4 other cars in line waiting. This happens every morning with the same car. Let alone the price of the coffee is very inconsistent and order stays the same. This location has gone down since the male manager left.

I went to the Scooters on 10th and they were wonderful!! I told them what I would like but wasn’t sure the name of it. They explained to me exactly what it was for the next time I came. Once I got to the window they wanted me to try it to make sure that it was what wanted. Even tho there was a line behind me they wanted to make sure my drink was what I wanted. Great customer service! I’m very impressed!
