They’re always so kind here. Whenever I have had an issue with an order, I just leave a review for my order on the app and they always make it right. Lovely people and just a great place. Delicious drinks and I love the mini donuts.
I’m back and editing my review weeks later, and yes it’s still amazing here. Even at 5am the worker there is always so nice. I know people are probably going to be mad because of the recent Scooters rewards update, but please keep in mind that the workers had nothing to do with it and they’re just trying to do their job. I’m thankful we have a Scooters here to scoot on around.

Coffee is fine. Today I ordered a sandwich for the first time ever, the girl forgot to prepare my food. I watched her make it from the drive through window since it was still open from her handing me my coffee. . She didn’t wear gloves or anything and touched my sandwich.
How is this sanitary??

Terrible food and staff. District manager cursed me out while I tried fixing my wrong order. Staff rude while I was nice about it all. 0/10 do NOT waste your time. Go to Pella or surrounding towns with a better quality scooters. The staff just cares about themselves. They, more than likely wouldn’t pass a health inspection. Honest review.

I just went with a friend and we ordered 2 peanut butter powers, they are phenomenal! I only come at night because the morning shift rarely listens to my requests for adding extra things without giving me an attitude. If you want a good experience, come at night!

I love scooters, however, today I went and ordered a peppermint mocha. I got a drink with graham cracker crumbs on the top and asked if it was the peppermint mocha. They stated it was and they just put the wrong topping on by accident. Didn’t offer or ask if I wanted them to remake it, whatever I left and drank it. It is a completely different drink not a peppermint mocha.

Gave me a hot coffee cup that was crushed on one side so the lid came off and spilled as soon as they handed it to me. Lid would not stay on because the rim was also crushed. One would think for $9 I could get a cup with a lid that stays on. (And a $3 tip). Glad I was only passing thru.
