Great place for excellent service and fast. I can order online and go pick up in less then 3 minutes. These employees are amazing! Always friendly and always customer oriented! I know a few places in town that could use these skills! Thank you for your great service, please keep up the good work.

I thought id try scooters again (bad experience at Marion store years ago). I ordered my coffee, pulled up to the window, gave them a 1/2 coupon that they didnt actually give me (paid full price and they didnt give me a receipt so i should have known) and immediately was asked to park in the front even though no one else were currently there. I waited for 12 minutes in the parking lot and watched 5 other cars be served in the drive thru. I went inside and had to tell them 3 times what my order was as they all stood around looking at eachother – they deleted my order off their screen.

I am writing such a poor review because I just went to this scooters location and ordered 2 drinks, my total being $17.49
TELL ME WHY when I get home and see I was charged for $19.23
Long story short don’t just hand your card to these workers because they will give themselves tips without your permission.
The whole idea behind tipping a fast food worker is funny to me because I work a hell of a lot harder for my money and on very very rare occasions I get tips…
I’m not worried about the money being STOLEN from my account but in the future I will ask for the card reader and I will hit NO TIP every single time I visit this location now … unacceptable.

Ordered 2 XL carmelicious and 2 kids hot chocolate. The adult drinks had 2+ inches of space at the top (equaled about as much coffee as a normal large) and the kids had about 1 inch. Worst scooters. If you order here, check before you leave that they actually gave you what you paid for.

Hot chocolate is not hot. It’s just warm. Cold days need the HOT chocolate. Twice this have happen at two different spots. Used to actually get a hot chocolate but now can’t ?

I come through here when I’m feeling a little lazy about my coffee at home and the staff is always so polite! They even have a conversation with me when we’re waiting for the drink(s) to come out. Kiki (or Keke? I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for a spelling!) had me driving off with a whole smile on my face this morning! This Scooter’s and the one on Edgewood are truly my faves.

First time trying Scooter’s Coffee only because they mailed me a free small coupon. Inside the store, I was warmly greeted and waited on. The store was nicely decorated and looked very clean. I ordered a hot white moca that was good. I don’t order specialty coffee drinks very often because of the cost, but I would go back to Scooter’s again.

Their coffee drinks are wonderful and the food I’ve tried, like the maple waffle sandwich, had been excellent. But wahst sets them apart is their staff, who are always very friendly and incredibly personable. Service industry can be tough and they do an amazing job.
