What started as an amazing place to get drinks and a nice competition to other places has quickly gone downhill. I’ve noticed prices changed consistently on a drink I get the same way each day. Today I went. Got my normal drink, but was confronted with a drink with no whip cream and no chocolate syrup (it has always come on it from this location too) when I asked if I had messed my order up they became very agitated and said ALL drinks DO NOT come with whip or any toppings unless you pay extra. Yet my drink total was still $11.45 for just a large blended coffee. When I asked for my receipt they got very defensive and had to call another associate over. In which my receipt says “Gratuity -$2.00” when I in fact was not asked if I got tipped. Check yalls receipts because these kids are scamming you. Every single time the drink has changed price. Not to mention I regularly hand them $1 when the transaction is over and I receive my coffee. I will never go here again. My faith in this world is dwindling.

Was a fan for a long time, and then it seems it was likely sold out to a PE firm. You can not contact corporate at all. If you try socials, it’s unanswered.

The tea went from Numi (high quality, good tea) to some other brand (terrible quality, but it did the job most mornings). Then the service went downhill, common for orders to just bad wildly inaccurate like some terrible knockoff AI is translating my order.

It was manageable until this morning. My order is mostly the same, black tea, cookie or some breakfast sandwich. After about 12 minutes or waiting, was my time to pay and get my order. Price was wrong, which immediately raised an eyebrow, but maybe something went up? I was handed the cookie (alright), then I was handed some red iced drink (woah, not my order, but I’m feeling adventurous, so I’ll give it a try). This thing tasted like Pepto Bismol, and a cheap wine had a baby, then someone decided to add a ton of sugar (was counting on the cookie giving me my sugar rush, not my drink). Yuck, not it. After 2 tries, trash it goes. Onto this cookie I’ve dreamed about, finally… Open it, and it’s moldy. How old does it have to be to have mold!? Since when do cookies grow mold!? To the trash that goes. $9 thrown away. But that’s the last $9 Scooters will EVER get from me and whoever owns the brand now.

Once valid competition to Starbucks, now looking more like K-Mart. It was a good run.

I get the Autumn Carmel Crunch Blender, online order shows whip cream but I keep getting it without, some times when i have gotten it I get it with but more times i dont. Does it not come with whip cream? If it doesn’t the photo should be updated. I also don’t see a way to say i want whip cream. It’s has also happened at west des moines location. Just confused, i like the whip cream with mine.

I had a negative experience yesterday morning at this location.The size of my drink and the look wasn’t right the second I saw it.The taste was not right.The young lady reacted in a way that was not courteous.This is not my usual location and I was very disappointed with my experience honestly.I am a loyal Scooters customer but I will not return to this location again.I hope that employee makes a greater effort to be more polite and problem solve better moving forward.

Staff at this location are amazing! I had a coupon I got in the Mail to use on a mobile order but it wasn’t working and they helped me out.

Also gave me great recommendations on drinks!

This scooters location has the longest wait I’ve ever had for coffee anywhere. I ordered online and had to wait in line for 20 minutes for my coffee. When I got to the window they had forgotten what coffee was mine and had to ask for my name again.

This scooters is an enjoyable space inside, and overall I really enjoy Scooters coffee. But this location has had disappointing service on multiple occasions.

The prioritize the drive through way too much over those who order in-store. I have waited up to 15 minutes for a drink in-store while watching people come and go through the drive through. This includes ordering ahead on the app.
Very disappointing service over and over.

Terrible in every aspect. Don’t expect any bit if friendliness or respect if your going inside all these girls are too jaded to do their jobs. I was going to use cash to partially pay for my order and they tried taking it as a tip, then they said it wasn’t possible to add the cash to my payment since it’d been “processed” already even though I used a credit card and thats simply not how it works. when my order was wrong on top of that they argued that it was right and refused to refund still. I’ll just be calling my credit card company to get my money back, and likely never spending it here again.
