I had a really good time here the other day, me and my friend had just gotten off school and I offered to get them a drink and something to eat since we had rehearsal for a musical that night. When we ordered the staff was super nice! They even gave my friend an extra Oreo cake bite because we walked in the pouring rain and we were soaked which was super nice of them! The staff seemed really friendly giving off a good atmosphere! Our drinks and food were also very nice and yummy, I had ordered the Strawberry matcha and mini donuts and my friend had order the Oreo blender and Oreo cake bites, the food was warm and yummy to eat! I definitely recommend this spot! (The photo is when I got to my rehearsal and it was still pretty and yummy!)

Same drink different size asked for no expresso in both. 1 was a tan color and the other all white. Asked why and she just shrugged. Ended up being one had expresso! Did not offer even to fix. Not to mention one had choc syrup on top and the other didn’t. Supposedly same drink! I figured when I got home I would just call and talk to manager and they have no phone number listed…

Delicious, sweet coffee drinks. Recently I have been trying the smoothies, they are relatively cheap and good. I can also always go for the 1$ 3 pack of mini donuts. They just scoot so easily into your mouth. Yum.

I have gone to Scooter’s ALOT since they opened. But today will probably be the last. I ordered online which I normally do, but they said they didn’t have my order. The guy said to tell them at the window. I did and they said at the window they did not have my order either, but I could order a new one and pay AGAIN. My order was put in yesterday so I have a feeling that might have something to do with the confusion, but if the orders from the previous day do not roll over to the next day I should get an automatic refund.
I have my order number and the transaction history on my app and the total has been deducted from my checking account too. So they got their money but have left a dedicated customer without their morning coffee. Extremely disappointed. I have tried on several occasions to call but no one will answer the phone. All I want is a refund since I did not receive my coffee!

I use the drive thru and the service is very good. A person stands outside and takes your order. This seems to speed things up in the morning rush. I was behind 6 cars and was through in under 5 minutes.

I used to go to many different coffee shops; trying to find my own filling place! Finally, after years of looking Scooters was brought to my sight in Ames, Iowa!
Your team does an amazing job! The crew really does go the extra mile! I finally, got the coffee shop that best fits my needs! Great prices, food selection is great for different dieters, and the staff and atmosphere is phenomenal!

In the hustle and bustle of the morning, what I need is a fast way to get my caffeine fix. This is where Scooter’s Coffee swoops in to save the day.
The menu is large enough to accommodate many different preferences, but not so large it makes your head spin. 99% of the staff greet you with a smile and a cheerful disposition. This is extra nice when I’m still waking up and likely look just beautiful .
The orders are always fast and accurate and the property is kept clean and orderly. 5 all around!

I always get my usual blended macha with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and it’s always done fast by the female workers; however, it seems like whenever it’s male staff it slows down. And I often hear the excuse about a female manager who’s been there for a bit not being there to work on time whenever orders are not being made on time.

My 14 year old daughter said their chocolate chip cookie was the best she ever had (high praise)! We also got the Caramelicious and Mocha small hot drinks.They were perfect! Flavorful and just hot enough to drink without scalding. Very good service! The cinnamon roll and chocolate mint chip cookie were outstanding.
