Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Usually get a coconut milk latte. I’m not sure if they changed the vendor or used different coconut milk but the coffee didn’t taste as good as in the past. Id get almond milk next time.

Got a coffee, and as she was handing it to me through the window. I instantly noticed a huge black hair in the whipped topping. I told her she seemed attitude about it. And got the burrito and it’s like they put maple syrup all over it. So cross contaminated. Just overall bad location

Update: 6-7-25 they are still polite. However, our drinks are often not made correctly. It feels like a high staff turnover. Never the same people anymore.
The line was crazy long this time. They weren’t super fast, so it felt slow. I think they were just super busy with the race traffic in town. They were still polite and made our drinks well.

I’ve been here a number of times, and have tried a variety of different things. My daughter absolutely loves their cookies, and they are good, but they’re far too overpriced. They’ve got a drink that contains Red Bull, which is by far my favorite drink. Sadly, it’s a coffee place though.. and, although I love coffee, unfortunately I just don’t see what the excitement is about. A number of times they’ve made mistakes with our order. There’s no “inside”, it’s a drive through facility only. So, when they mess up the order, you’ve either got to take it anyway, or get back in line again. Who has the time or desire to wait in a long line again? They definitely need a better process, especially considering the number of mistakes we alone have had.
That being said, the drinks are tasty. Again, overpriced though. I mentioned the Red Bull drink, but I didn’t mention it comes in a variety of flavors. All have been good. As far as coffee goes, they have an enormous array to choose from be it hot, co3ld or blended. I definitely prefer their blended drinks, but hot comes in a close 2nd, (of the coffee choices). They offer several milk choices, or like milk choices, such as oat milk, whole, skim, etc. They do charge a premium depending on what milk choice you choose. They’re up charging $1 last I knew for whole milk, as an example.
Where I live, (small town Midwest) this is the only coffee place like this that we have. We do have a local coffee spot, run by local people. They make their own versions of the same popular choices, also charge an arm and leg for it, and it’s comparable in flavor and size. They do also have a place to come inside to order and enjoy your selection. If there’s anything else you need, or if they make any mistakes, it’s easy to get it corrected.

Scooters is definitely good definitely awesome if you’re going out with friends and family for coffee very little food to pick from cuz it’s a coffee shop and the atmosphere could be whatever you make it the college kids older people so it’s up and down

I had an amazing experience at Scooters Coffee in Knoxville, Iowa! The staff was not only friendly but incredibly accommodating. We made a mistake with our drink order, but they fixed it with no issues and a smile. And let’s talk about the coffee – it was made to perfection, with the skim milk just right. The taste was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re visiting Knoxville, Iowa, make sure to stop by and savor a cup of their fantastic coffee. You won’t be disappointed!
