I loooooove scooters coffee! They have such good stuff! The waffle sausage breakfast sandwich is DELICIOUS. I also recently tried the new banana bread, flavored drinks they have and the best one would have to be the banana bread iced chai, that one tastes the most like banana bread it is so good! It is a little bit pricey though I will admit!
This scooters is waaaay better than the one in southern Ames. This place has its stuff together and knows how to make a good drink!

I have come to Scooters every week for the past several months to get a large mango or berry smoothie. Their smoothies are great. But when I opened my app, it mentioned that I could try a red, white, and blue sparkling float and get a bonus of 100 pts. I asked the girl at the drive thru what this drink was like. She said like an ice cream float with strawberries and raspberries in it. I clarified and asked if the fruit is in it or just flavoring. She indicated that there was fruit. I assumed it would be like a root beer float with ice cream and fruit. When I got it, the color was beautiful with blue at the top and red at the bottom. I couldn’t see through the glass because there was so much ice in it. When I drank it, it tasted ok but was like flavored 7 Up. I got literally 4 sips out of it. No kidding. There was so much ice and NO ice cream and very little flavoring. Why couldn’t you put 1/4 full of ice? It would still taste cold. Just a quick way for the company to get money without investing in anything. So I paid over $6 for a cup of ice that cost 2 cents. With a little bit of pop. Waste of money! I feel lied to. I feel like they only offered 100 points to get an easy $6 from someone. I will probably not go there again. I was a great customer but offering this kind of drink was a total rip off and slap in the face!

My wife and I visit this specific Scooters frequently. The staff is always polite and cheerful, and some of the staff even remember us whn we get through the drive thru. Lucky Leprechaun is my favorite, but they only have it around March.

Excellent location and the most beautiful and courteous baristas at any scooters. The establishment was clean, organized and well maintained. These baristas were friendly, courteous and absolutely beautiful models.

Hit the drive thru. Food menu is unreadable. Mention it to speaker lady. Says nothing I can do about it. Im not asking 50 questions for food. Then I was stuck behind 2 cars because you can’t bail. There’s an exit. But its blocked. Will go home and have toast or cereal.

My favorite coffee place in ames. I come here all the time. It’s a great place to study. Staff are friendly. Coffee is great and they always change up what they brew unlike some other coffee shops. Some say they are pricey but the portions are also much larger compared to other places like Starbucks so I find it worth it. I’m still waiting for people to hop off the Starbucks trend…I personally think it’s overrated.

I visited Scooters Coffee on Mother’s Day and was truly impressed by the team working that morning. Even though the store was extremely busy with a constant flow of customers, the staff remained calm, professional, and courteous throughout.
Despite the rush, drinks were made quickly and correctly, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and polite. It was clear they were working hard, but they didn’t let the pressure affect their service. Their teamwork and positive attitude made for a great experience, and I really appreciated their dedication—especially on a holiday morning.
Great job to the whole team! I’ll definitely be returning.

I enjoy Scooter’s Coffee, but I gave them 2 stars because every time I order an iced latte, I end up with a stomachache. I think this might be because they leave the milk out for too long. With the hot weather we’re having, they shouldn’t be keeping it at temperatures that reach the red zone!

First time customer. Went to this place after dropping a relative off at the airport early in the morning. The staff here are very friendly and patient, especially at 5:30 a.m. To the worker who took my order: thank you for recommending me the large hot caramelicious 🙂
