Food is terrible we really liked this place for the coffee at first after that every order i have gotten has almost been wrong in the portland location with young kids running the place that obviously do not care about customer satisfaction as i have complained several times. It would not be a problem if the drinks where not 10 dollars a piece. How do you spend 20 dollars on drinks for them to be wrong??? Feb 3 changed the milk and they changed the whole coffee no topping because supposedly i changed my milk which is a lie because we just done this feb 2. And they did not take the topping off do to a change of milk. My 10 dollar coffee with extra shot of espresso tastes like a cup of nothing but coffee creamer with no coffee. They should be fired how do you have a job where all you do is make drinks and you mess that up???? ♂️ They should be fired immediately.

I came to Scooters for the first time a couple of days ago and everyone was super nice and very helpful!
I am not from Indiana and recently moved here a couple months ago. I don’t live near other coffee spots so I’ve been wanting to try this place. I got the everything bagel and a peanut butter fusion protein drink. It was SO yummy! Since I was a first time customer, they gave me my drink for free as well. It was such a nice gesture, and I will be coming back. You guys are awesome!

I ordered a Mr. Narwhal and it’s suppose to be a white drink with blue raspberry. It looked nothing like it when first handed to me. It was brown in color. We told them what it suppose to look like and were told they would fix it, but all they did was add blue raspberry to it and I tasted coffee flavor in. The description didn’t say anything about coffee. As far as I’m concerned, I will never go to another scooters again, I would rather go to 7brew or dutch bros.

Bought an Americano because they were out of brewed coffee. Could just barely taste any coffee flavor so I swung back through to ask if they could add another shot of espresso to an extremely weak Americano and was told I’d have to buy 3 extra shots. Very poor experience

We consider ourselves regulars. Always go on a weekend morning and always take our pup (she knows the word scooters well lol). Recently I will say it is not as good as usual. Our blenders have had chunks of ice in them and honestly I feel like I’m being robbed of my drink when I find 4 to 6 huge ice cubes in the bottom of my blender. Last weekend it happened to both of our blenders. I messaged the Facebook page nicely stating how I thought maybe the machine was messed up and to their credit they did message back saying they’d tell the barista, but no offer to comp our drinks or anything! Also, I know they know me and our dog pretty good and we missed the doggy bandana and we would’ve paid to order her one and were rudely told they’d only ordered 15 to giveaway what a disappointment. I used to look forward to scooters but not anymore. I was driving quite literally 30 minutes one way just to give them business and sometimes multiple times a week and now I’m not sure we will go as often. Really bummed out with the decline in quality and service lately!

I recently had a very bad experience here. However, management was quick to reach out to me and make things right. All in all most of my experiences here have been great. It’s a nice stop for a quick pick me up, or a weekend treat.

My son ordered our Fri. drinks, I went and picked them up. I also have the app, and consider myself to be a frequent customer. I’m carmelious status. Our drinks were tasteless, even bitter. We were very dissapointed. I always looked forward to a good scooters on Fri.

I paid for 2 large coffees on the app and was told I can’t have them because they had no large hot cups. They gave me coupons for free beverages on my next visit, but no coffee today. I asked why couldn’t they just give me an extra large coffee, or even a large coffee in an extra large cup. They said they weren’t allowed to. I would say I’ll never come back, but if that’s the way they run their shop I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon anyway.
