Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Ordered a small cold brew – no ice plus an ice water- $7.00
I was charged $2 for the water and the cold brew was barely half filled- at Starbucks the exact order is $4.79 and you get 2x the coffee and I actually receive 2 large ice water.

Passing through town, great experience! The friendly staff saw our doggo in the back and offered a pup cup immediately (: we got exactly what we ordered fast & everything was great! Just a bit pricey, $15 for 2 med coffees & cake pop. Still a place I’d go back to! I appreciate the open late hours!

Scooters is located on hwy 3, across from McDonalds, and is a convenient drive thru coffee place. It looks modern and clean, is friendly, and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The staff are friendly and will tell you to “scoot on up to the window” after you order. The coffee is good and there are many choices – not as many however as that competitor with the mermaid logo. I believe Scooters is the only drive thru coffee place in New Castle, and it is nice to see it in rural Indiana.

We love Scooters!! They are our favorite coffee place in town. My wife spends to much money here but I know why… it’s so yummy!! Our favorites are their holiday drinks, iced lattes and their blended coffee. Their sugar cookies are to die for! We love scooters and come 5 times a week.

I did not have a very good experience today. I have ordered a peanut butter crunch coffee, and the girl hand it to me. I give it in the car and she tells me the lid may not stay on and then try to hand me a bunch of napkins before that happened. It came off and spilled all over my pants, my shirt, my cell phone, and my console in the middle of my car, she said well let me have it and I will put it in another cup so she took it put it in another cup and put a flat lid on it which is fine but then I had to go home and change clothes because most a lot of my coffee was all over my shirt and my phone Not happy with this at all. This is the cup they put it in. Maybe they should have done that in the first place

I wish this was a better place but it’s not. There’s such inconsistency when ordering it’s unreal. I can order the same drink everyday and it will be completely different each time. Their food is not good and half the time the lids don’t fit on the cups and your blended drink keeps dripping out of the sides or you try to grab it from your cup holder and the top pops off and it explodes everywhere. Their drink holders are made extemly cheap as well. I got 3 drinks and we carried them into the house and the drink carrier gave way and the coffees fell all over my floor. I recently went through and got 2 peanut butter crunch blenders and neither had peanut butter in them. I tried calling and they just kept hanging up. Ugh, I really wish they were decent but the cost just can’t be justified.
