Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Absolutely love getting coffee and a snack from here! Staff are always lovely, and drinks and food are made fresh when you arrive even when you order on the app, ensuring you never get a watered down drink or cold food. In my opinion, they are the best coffee chain option.

We always like trying the new flavors each season. My kids get a kick out of this place when they tell us to “scoot on around ” the prices are average for a coffee shop but way more delicious in my opinion. Definitely top notch coffee.

The girls that took my order, then asked me to ‘scoot around to the window’ were so kind and helpful. Service was great! I can’t say that the coffee was as great, though that’s just my personal opinion. I tried the Iced Caramelicious, and the Iced White Mocha. The caramel drink was more flavorful than the white mocha, but where’s the whipped cream on both of them? Such a tiny amount. They’ve not even been open a week, so hopefully, the quality control will improve with time and training. Overall, the service outweighed it all. I hope they do well in Franklin.

I’ve been here a twice so far. I normally do an ice coffee with cream and sugar free caramel syrup. I love that they offer sugar free options. The employees were also super friendly. I feel like the price is good. My medium ice coffee was $3.02.

Starbucks has been my go to forever, after going to scooters once I will forever go. Cally took my order and was the sweetest and gave me the best service I’ve ever had. She gave me a surprise drink, a sample just in case, and was so genuine. Customer service 10/10. The latte was delicious as well!
