Everyone is always so great here! I’m obsessed with the chai latte and now the new banana muffins!!! We enjoy doing the walk up and sitting at the tables outside. When we do drive through the girl at the window is always sweet. Definitely a go to for us 🙂

I ordered a cold brew with both sugar free caramel sauce and sugar free caramel syrup, which I have never had before at a coffee shop. Employees had a huge rush and dealt with it super well. This isn’t artisanal coffee but it’s not marketed to be that way. Great service

I delivered a DoorDash order here to one of the employees. Her drink was not given to me by the restaurant and I was unaware she was supposed to have a drink. This was an added order to one I was already there picking up for a different customer. Due to the way it popped up on my screen while in the middle of an order already, I couldn’t see what she ordered, I just accepted it. The restaurant was busy and had a customer come in with a messed up order and I had been waiting for a few minutes for my first order also. The Scooters employee continuously texted me about her missing drink and then accused me of drinking it, basically stealing part of her order. Employees name was Chloe W. I will never do business here nor will I ever accept an order from any employees from here again.

Loved how nice the employees were today! ❤️ Super friendly guy at window. Food was yum and drink was perfect! Lemonade made as a fruit & ice and the maple waffle sandwich is the go to’s. Great location.
Update: Scooters lost my faith in wanting to get drinks made by them today because they said they can’t make lemonades as fruit and ice when I’ve had multiple locations make them before, which means I have to go to starbucks if I want a double blended lemonade, so might as well get my blended coffees at starbucks too. Also the girl I asked for my drink lined with honey and then she gave it to me mixed so I couldn’t see how much there was on the cup and she said next time ask for it that way. I’m pretty sure I did ask for it that way. Definitely not a place to go to get your drink customized to your liking easily. Whatever happened to the customer always being right and catering to the customers wants as long as they pay for it? It’s too bad cause I do like their blenders, but if it is that hard to get it sweetened w honey how I want it then forget about it.

Scooter’s has me absolutely ruined from literally not even thinking about going to any other coffee based stores because they blow them ALL outta the water! Don’t get me wrong, because I still love Starbucks and Dunkin, but their Caramelicious Blender and Maple Waffle Sandwich are the best breakfast foods I’ve ever had in my entire life! The staff are always so incredibly kind and the there’s a very high chance of serious health issues from high cholesterol to potential heart disease, but I’m telling you right now…. It’s worth it!

Good coffee, smoothies, and yummy cookies! Very friendly staff with a convenient drive up window. There is outdoor seating with tables also. I had a strawberry banana smoothie…not too sweet just right. Today I tried some soft sugar cookies with lemon frosting – HEAVENLY GOOD! I’m going back!

I had an opportunity to try out the the peanut butter power blender this Friday before they were officially open and let me tell you it was amazing. It’s more like a milkshake. For me when I order a Frappuccino from Starbucks it tends to be too icy for me especially towards the end of your drink but with Scooter’s blender it was smooth and tasty till the last drop. Everyone should give them a try and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I have come to this location for awhile now and I have always had great service. I’m not sure if this one employee is new but the last two times I have gone there she has removed the tip jar when I order. The first time I didn’t think anything of it because I don’t want to think the worst about people, the 2nd time I’ve gone through the window at 5pm today and the same girl did the same thing. I’m African American by the way. It’s disheartening to say the least. I used to look forward to stopping by especially on my walks at the walk up window. The first time I had a visitor from up north with me, it was really embarrassing. I hate that we still live through these times.
