Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. I come here every chance I get the drinks are delicious, my favorite it the blend caramelicious. Tried a red bull fusion today, usually don’t drink energy drinks, but this one, the glacier red bull fusion is not bad.

The drinks are made inconsistently and when you point that out and want them remade that’s considered “rude” – yeah I tried talking to the manager and she was defensive and rude herself in my opinion. I’m direct and blunt- no sugar coating from me.
Do better.
Oh and I have the videos of my interactions as well ma’am. Can’t handle critique is all it sounds like to me. Oh and that I reported to the labor board that your OWN employees told me there was no adult there- on several occasions.
Again – do better.

So excited to have a local coffee place in town that has good coffee! We frequent Starbucks in Decatur, but hate having to travel so far. There are several different options on the menu for non-coffee drinkers as well. Smoothies, tea, and even food!
Speedy service and friendly staff are all the reason you should “scoot” on by and give it a try!

I swear the coffee tastes different literally every time I order. My fault for continuing to go but are there not recipes for each drink?? Ordered a Turtle latte and its basically black coffee with a dash of water. Other times it has a pound of sugar. I unfortunately, give up

I came through drive thru on a time crunch, & always order Strawberry Shortcake blender at Decatur, so I asked if they had that here & she said yes. The coffee blender they gave me had no strawberry or shortcake crumbles, I think it was just a plain coffee blender. When I was charged regular price for a promo premium drink. Didn’t have time to get it fixed, like most people ordering coffee.

Wanted to shout out Isabella for completing a challenging order! I called in same day A catering order with a different coffee shop orders and she was able to not only complete all the orders, but have them ready in time and adjust flavors to scooters menu. My GO TO COFFEE SPOT! Every time I try somewhere else it never fails I’m disappointed. Let alone the staff at the hartselle location are AMAZING! I get the same thing every day . Iced carmalicious. It’s always 10/10 but today for some odd reason the flavor was off . Not sure what happened . But I’ll still always be loyal to scooters in hartselle. They are top tier !
