VERY GOOD
I never had the food, but the service is great, and they have great blenders if you have kids and don’t want them to have coffee, they have smoothies to. and its only drive thru and the longest we had to wait was about five minutes. they are Quick. they can do oat milk or coconut milk if you are allergic to dairy and their coffee has NO eggs, I’m allergic to eggs and it hasn’t bothered me at all

Kaitlyn took my order and was so kind and professional. She was very patient as my car was full of people and the order was very complicated and confusing but she managed it with ease. The manager Caitlin was also there and greeted us with a smile and warm, fresh and delicious Pumpkin Cheese Cake bites! Never going anywhere else. 10/10 every time!

*I did submit a survey about the experience that I had, but never received a response. This is telling to me. I’m going to assume that Scooters condones rude behavior to their customers.
I recently placed a mobile pick-up order and while the coffee was okay, the customer service was definitely not. The heavily tattooed barista was quite rude. I’m not sure a snarky “Am I missing something?” is really a great response to my reminding and asking for a promotional item that was being given out. When thanked for the coffee and item, the window was abruptly shut. No “you’re welcome”, or anything else.
Would give zero stars if I could and this location has lost my business.

i don’t get it. out of all coffee places i’ve gone to, their coffee has been able to wake me up the most! it’s kinda pricey but then again coffee is always like that. LOL. no clue how they do it, it’s like magic. i frequent this place and clutch too. i’m kind of an iced coffee addict

Love the drinks! My favorite are the tea quenchers. I had the hot turtle latte today which was also very good! Not too sweet, not too bitter. Food could be a little better. Had one of the burritos and it reminded me of frozen pizza roll quality . Some people enjoy that.

it was our first time, and we loved it (clearly by the photo of my empty cup lol)! the girls were super friendly, made great suggestions. our coffee was made quickly and tasted amazing. the right amount of sweetness, but still the taste of coffee. will definitely be going back, it beats Starbucks by a landslide.

Good coffee and friendly service. I gave it 4 stars because the cup looks like something my little girl would come up with. Not very manly, I was embarrassed to walk around with it. Better than 7 brew and you don’t have to put up with there awful music blasting in your ear.

I’ve never been to Scooters before. I swung by on a rainy Saturday morning and placed an order for an Americano, and headed to the window, where I sat behind another vehicle and waited. And waited.
After a couple minutes, a pleasant young woman pops up next to my car with my drink in hand. She said that there was a problem of some sort with the customer in front of me, and they felt bad about me sitting there, so here’s my coffee on the house.
That was fantastic service. I don’t think there are many places in Greenville that would’ve done what they did.
I look forward to trying their latte next time.

Absolutely love Scooter’s coffee!! We’ve been to one in Iowa City and Nashville as well as this location twice! The coffee is amazing, but our favorite part is the hospitality! Everyone is so nice all of the time. They even offer pup cups!!!
