man I ordered three red bull infusions they made every single one wrong. They made two of the glaciers that I ordered without any flavoring at all just yellow redbull, cream, and ice. They made my third infusion, an apocalypse, with sparkling water and barely any flavoring. This place is supposed to prioritize speed of service yet they took 4 minutes to get three simple drinks out, and managed to absolutely slaughter every single one. Not to mention I was the only car there the entire time, I came at one of their slowest times.

This location is amazing. Service is always top tier and the blenders come out perfectly smooth. If you’ve not tried the Peanut Butter Crunch Blender you are doing yourself a disservice, and should get in your vehicle and go get one immediately. Thank me later.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We drove 25 minutes to this location. We arrived at 745 pm. The girls at the window said the machine is getting cleaned and they close at 830 anyways. I said its 745. They said yeah and then laughed. They didn’t want to do there job. Why not close at 730? Seems like false advertisement and horrible customer service to me. But it is 2025 so I’m not suprised. Starbucks it is.

I have been here a couple times and it seems to be pretty hit or miss. The last time I went I got a sandwich and latte and the sandwich was hot and great and the coffee(supposed to be hot) was cold.

The last time I used my debit card, 3 days ago here(8/9), my debit card was compromised. My bank was able to trace back to where it was used and they say this is the place it was compromised. So, one of the employees through the drive thru is very dishonest. Thanks a lot for hiring not reputable people.

Edit; Not sure why, but on a Friday I received caramel flavor of the day. Would love if I would be notified of I’m not able to get what I ordered because they are out ,(at 930am???).
I come here often, mainly for the scooterdoodle brewed coffee on m,w,f. But lately on those days it hasn’t been scooterdoodle. It’s disappointing, but I think what’s worse is ordering a hot coffee and having it be cold because there’s too much milk/cream in it. I’ve still given 5 stars because I’ll always return. But wish there was a way to standardize the amount of milk/cream added. Also wish they’d let me know if the flavor of the day wasn’t as indicated on the app. This has happened to me the last ten orders. A bit frustrating
Having said that ( I know it sounds like complaints) but i still keep coming back because when the order is right , it’s so good,!
