The new Scoops is really cute, it was pretty busy, and there were several great people behind the counter to help us. I tried an ice cream flavor that I’d never had before, Caramel cheesecake. Really delicious. Definitely good service and can’t wait to go back!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit which was also my first time . We asked if the store was open and were told that it was, so we went inside, looked over the menu, and began deciding on our order. Only a couple of minutes later, the staff informed us that they were actually closed. This was frustrating and felt unprofessional, as clear communication from the beginning would have avoided the situation entirely. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would be hesitant to return.

it was unfortunate when the Metter scoops closed and there was nothing anywhere unless you go to Lyons. but, i’m glad this location is here. i mean how do you mess up a Scoops anyway?
when i usually go there’s usually no children or whoever the demographics of people should be for a store like this. it’s a micro sized location so it’s cramped and only 3 booths for seating, so you’re often crowding with a bunch old people still bitter about 2020 at a candy store, but i digress.
