I love everything about this place. The food they cook is delicious , the ice cream they serve is delicious , the lovable “Everyone is welcome” atmosphere is awesome and it’s right at the end of my street. The only thing I have an issue with is the pricing but that’s probably because I have to pay for a family of 6 every time I go. Haha. The pricing for anything sucks with that amount of mouths. Overall, I give Scoops 6 stars

Finally went to Scoops! Yum yum yum!! Had a cheese”smash”burger (bomb) and a huckleberry cheesecake shake (exquisite)! The young men working there were fantastic! Super nice and helpful and definitely on the ball. Quaint little place, very clean Will surely be back to this little hidden gem and will tell my friends and family they need to check it out.

Picture is before and during my wonderfully Awesome lunch here! Very friendly employees and got me wanting to come back to try the chili they were out of. Can’t wait to get back there for that. After lunch we decided to try one of the shakes, made with Umpqua ice cream. Super delicious!!

First time I had a smash burger there it was wonderful. The second time, not really. It was smashed, but not seared. I still like these guys a lot.

Good food, little pricey, was surprised the burgers don’t come with fries or anything for the price. However was a good burger…..

1st time patrons! We were looking for a food shack n shake joint and ran across this place on Yelp, so we drove down from Merlin and when we arrived, unbeknownst to us, they were literally closing in 7 minutes, however, they were happy to take our family’s dinner order and make our shakes with a smile. The shakes are handmade with Umpqua ice cream with 24 different flavors available and a variety of candy add ins available. The food was made fairly quickly considering there was only 1 cook and they were trying to close for the night and we were thrilled to have hot eats and cool treats that didn’t come from a chain joint. Big thanks to the staff for making our night!

So good. I had the Philly cheese steak with chili cheese fries and my wife have a burger and fries. The chili fries are huge, the philly was perfect with fresh grilled veggie and the burgers are “smash” burger that gives them a nice crust.

We were okay with the food on our first visit a few months ago and decided the other day to give their burgers and fries another go. We arrived to pick up our order to find we were being charged $4 more than their menu online indicated. I understand the price of beef in particular and everything in general is up right now, but if you’re going to have a website, it should be accurate at all times. No excuses. Their eventual response was they can’t afford to print new menus right now. Printing menus has nothing to do with maintaining a website accurately. The next issue was when we got home. The fries were all nearly black and on the verge of not being edible. The burgers looked nothing like the photos advertised on their Facebook page. After some digging we could barely detect that they had cheese on them, and mine had the smallest slice of tomato I’ve ever seen. To top it off, my burger wasn’t quite cooked all the way. We may stop by again for ice cream someday (Umpqua!), but never again for food. I’m bummed because we like to support local restaurants.
