Seriously the best ice cream place in Pigeon Forge, hands down! You have to get a fresh, handmade cinnamon waffle cone. Thank me later! This is a family owned and operated parlor. The ice cream is handmade with love and quality! The atmosphere is also warm and welcoming, which makes it even better. Scoops has now become an establishment that I have to stop at, every time that I’m in this area. Great ppl and great ice cream!

Soooo yummy! My boyfriend and I decided to try I think it was called the ice-cream flight in a waffle cone. We chose 4 different ice-cream flavors: coffee, blackberry cobbler, apple pie, and I think the other was peanut butter brownie. The waffle cone was flavored too which was nice, pumpkin! Got to pick the flavor and was made fresh! Never seen that before.
The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and patient, especially because I had a hard time picking between all the flavors. There was seating available as well as a bathroom which was much needed after a long day of driving.
Would definitely recommend and there’s so many flavors to choose from and lots of options! Its off the main strip which is nice to get away from all the traffic.

Came down from Michigan and am sad this is not in my neighborhood at home. Hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in my 48 years (try the pistachio!). The family is lovely. The shop is cute. It’s warm and friendly. Amazingly done. So great I just finished it in the parking lot and had to give a 5 star immediately. Thank you so much!

If you’re anywhere near Dollywood or the Smoky Mountains, Scoops is a MUST! Every ice cream flavor is homemade onsite in small batches and you can taste the quality in every bite.
Classics like vanilla, chocolate, coffee and peanut butter are perfection. They always have unique and seasonal flavors too. Think Chocolate Orange, Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coconut chip… Summer includes a lot of sorbets like Cantaloupe, Raspberry, and Pineapple. In the fall, you have to try a Cinnamon Waffle Bowl (freshly made when you order!) with Pumpkin, Peach Cobbler or Apple Pie ice cream. Winter brings cozy creations like S’mores, Hot Chocolate, Candy Cane, and Reindeer Tracks.
Can’t decide what to get? No problem! They’ll let you mix flavors! Two fit perfectly in a small, and three or four in a large. Try the Coffee and Peach Cobbler combo for a real treat.
Beyond the ice cream, the owners are warm, friendly, and genuinely love what they do. You feel like family from the moment you walk in. Our family vacations in this area often, and Scoops has become part of the tradition. We look forward to it daily.

YEA THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ICECREAM!! The ice cream was STELLAR with some unique choices! Prices were fair for homemade ice cream and great flavors. All this to say the shop felt cluttered with random decor and a few places to sit. They had 36 flavors but a decent bit were out, means great flavors though. The workers were pretty nice and process was decently quick. They had Christian music which was a plus.

We tried this place for the first time and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly. We were able to sample different flavors before choosing and they make their ice cream right there. We got the waffle cone and they made it there as well. We’ve never had one freshly made and it was really good! You can have it warm served with ice cream or cooled down. The atmosphere was uplifting and we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day! We highly recommend this place and will be back the next time we visit.

Delicious homemade ice cream! Great service. Wonderful family! Good atmosphere. The waffle cones are made fresh. It was delicious! I wanted bubblegum ice cream and they had it. I will definitely be back to try more! Yum!

Stopped here before returning back home. We were visiting the area. My husband got a warm home made waffle cone with Banana icecream and I got the Dieter’s revenge small size! OMG This tasted AMAZING!!!!!!!

We were searching for a local hidden gem and stumbled across this place. The owners were super friendly and suggested some flavors. Everything is made in house, they have fresh made waffle cones, milkshakes, waffle bowls, and more! We had a hard time deciding between the many flavor choices! Another customer said she comes every weekend and has tried everything and loves the place! The only critique I have is the decor and signage could be a little more inviting and updated but overall we will definitely come back! Love supporting local businesses.

Was in town for a women’s conference and just pick a random place to have ice cream at 6pm on a Friday night. The atmosphere was very friendly. The owner was super nice and helpful and the ice cream was fantastic. I had a scoop of chocolate ice cream (the good chocolate) and scoop of cherry sherbet (oh my goodness cherry lovers around the world you need this). All waffle cones and bowls are made fresh. Will be coming back on future trips!
