The service was excellent and prompt. However, the food did not seem to justify the cost. I ordered a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich and suspected the chicken was not freshly prepared. The meal, which included a small portion of fries and a small milkshake, totaled over twenty dollars. The milkshake was the only aspect that truly stood out.

We loved scooters in sparks and just happened to notice this one in Reno on kietzke lane after morning Dr. Appointments I was starving ! I used to work for Juicys Giant hamburger and we made similar burgers ! Reno best! We recieved our burgers very quickly after ordering i had the Ortega burger my husband ordered the pastrami burger. My burger was tasteless do you season the meat at all? The pastrami was piled high… in the center of the burger the onion chopped and to one side of sandwich my husband who loves pastrami peeled his off of his burger .. if the burgers weren’t a huge turn off the people who followed behind us were. This girl stood right at the pick up counter and hit her vape pen several times, gross! 24 dollars on a wasted lunch outrageous. How about some no smoking no vaping signs ? So disappointing!

We got 4 small milkshakes for less than $20! In this economy? Unheard of! Butter pecan, birthday cake, and two cheesecake.
Flavors are great, staff is polite and patient, and nicely decorated. Pretty quiet and chill when we went around 6pm. My toddler loved the music and definitely brought out the moves. We hope to return before we move back down south this fall.

-Bulls Eye Burger 8.5/10 The burger was juicy, buttery, and filling. I just wished it had more onion rings or bigger onion rings and more bbq sauce.
– Bad Dog 8.9/10 It had a bursting flavor from the dog and the bacon was extremely crunchy and cooked to my liking. I do wish they could have added fresh diced tomatoes and jalapenos to balance the meal.
-Cookie dough hazelnut shake 8/10 surprisingly these flavors went really well together. I did have difficulty drinking the shake since it was extremely thick.
– Banana Split 6.8/10 Very well presented looks exactly like there picture. I wish it had more strawberry and I believe lemon syrup, I felt like there was a bit too much chocolate syrup. The bananas were perfectly riped. I also would have preferred more nut toppings.
– fries and onion rings 2.5/10 Felt like they came out of a freezer instead of being freshly made. Nothing special about these items
-Sauces I did not enjoy the ranch. It was an extremely thick consistency and tasted more like mayonnaise

I come here for their shakes. Amazing flavor and thickness. The service is amazing and always helpful when I want to try something new. Never a ton of changes in the environment but the food and service make up for it!

Likta think it was n honest mistake (hence the reason 4 the 4-star rating) so the burger was tasty n fresh as was the sandwich great fries n onion rings, would recommend.

This place was seriously empty. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon. They have 2 stores one is in Sparks that has been there since the 80’s and then there’s this location. Great food great service I had a chocolate malt one of the best I’ve ever had in my life! The hot dog was huge and delicious.

Such a great find on our trip to Reno for HAN. We were told they’re short staffed however food arrived quickly and service was amazing. We all got cheeseburgers (the Bullseye burger was the best!) and shakes and everything was delicious. Good sized portions for the money and we loved being able to make up our own shake creations. We will definitely be returning!

Ordered 5 burgers, 4 sides and 3 shakes- We were handed ONE bag with not a single word said to us. I was skeptical all the food would fit in one bag so I checked- of the 5 burgers we ordered, we received none of them. We got one burger that wasn’t even remotely close to what we ordered, its doesn’t even look like it could qualify as a single. We asked the employee if we could substitute any of the burgers and she said “well do you have the supplies? We are out of everything we dont have patties or buns or even ketchup” yet there were people still ordering burgers after us. We walked away disgusted at her behavior and so disappointed in the restaurant in general.
The shakes were fine, definitely not the best I’ve had from them. The onion rings were overcooked and burnt. The fries tasted like they weren’t fully cooked and were soggy and unsalted.
