My kids love coming here. They have huckleberry ice cream which is hard to come by. My 6 yo loves huckleberry ice cream so this is our go to place. They also make a really solid burger. Such a neighborhood gem 🙂

I wasn’t sure what the closing time was as I pulled up and parked across the street to his shop. I pulled it up on google and it said it closed at 8. It was 6:58 when I arrived. The door was locked so I walked away and an elderly man came and opened it. He said he was closed but would let me in. I told him I checked first for this very reason. He said he didn’t care what it said he closes at 7 but would assist me. I decided to leave since he made me feel like it was such an inconvenience.

I don’t get the bad reviews…. This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park… They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.
