On a rainy day, 8 passionate cyclists made a stop here to refuel. The cafe is cozy & inviting. Ice cream & coffee are the specialties here.

2) good drink selections apart from coffee
3) pastries are baked warm on premise
4) fast service
CONS
1) cappuccino comes in 8 oz size only
2) paper cups instead of ceramic cups
3) no bathroom

Well I think this was by far the most delicious ice cream I have ever tried! Just so delicious and the place is so unique looking with the ice cream being sort of made in front of you. This is a family run spot, so definitely come support a local business.
If i lived nearby I would be a frequent customer here with my kids. We love ice cream
Not that many spots to sit inside but its not a big deal really. So next time if you are in this area, come here for dessert!
Oh and FYI this is a coffee spot and bakery also! Everything under one roof! What could be better?!

Had to shout out Scoop & Coffee of Bayville! Becoming a North Shore transplant after a lifetime on the South Shore of Suffolk, I was a little at a loss for certain things but coffee is not one! My husband and I get the same drink so sorry for that but y’all, their fresh baked goodies are incredible. We stop after church each Sunday so i can have my favorite, the ham and Swiss croissant

Place is excellent. Small business in a small town. No other place to get coffee nearby. Michael Barnards review, attacking a local small business because an employee didn’t bow down to him is disgusting. That employee has been extremely nice every time I’ve been there

Scoop and Coffee is a nice small coffee shop that also has a good selection of gelato to choose from.
It is a quaint little place to have a great cup of coffee and a croissant in the morning.
It is also a great place to get that special gelato snack later in the day as well.
One could get used to this as a routine so I have to pace myself to make it a little more enjoyable as a special treat rather than a daily routine.

If i could give this a 10/5 i would have! By far the best ice cream on long island homemade and churned in front of you. Talk about the best textured ice cream EVER. And the taste right there on par hands down best ice cream me and my kids ever had!
