I took my son out to dinner there earlier tonight and our waitress was Emma. She’s such a sweetheart and so attentive and helpful when my son couldn’t decide what he wanted for dessert. She kept checking up to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything and told us to take our time. So restaurants rush us. The food is amazing! I ordered a chicken picatta with angel hair my son got pizza I ordered 2 drinks which were the tropical margarita and raspberry lemon drop which are good and strong. If u happen to stop by ask for Emma! I showed her pictures of wanted to order since it’s been years since I was there so she asked the head chef and bartender about what I wanted and they were more than happy to make what I asked but some stuff they didn’t have so I tried other stuff. But overall great place great food and a wonderful sweet waitress!

Food was delicious here. Small and cozy atmosphere. We had aracino rice balls for an appetizer. I had a spring mix salad w/strawberries, walnuts, feta cheese with grilled salmon and hubby had chicken cordon bleu. Very large portions. I packed up some of mine to take home. Prices were mid to high range. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely ask for him next time we visit.

This was my third time eating here and it will probably be my last. I Ordered the Pollo caprece entrée. The chicken was extremely dry and the risotto that came eith it? It wasn’t risotto but unflavorful vegetable rice from a box. The crab cakes for appetizer was delicious. And the cucumber apricot fizz was extremely sweet. The waitress was fine and the atmosphere at the bar started to get a little rowdy for a Sunday afternoon.

I was happy to see Scola’s was now open. This was my first visit since I have moved back home to Dracut. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lit. There is handicapped parking and the entrance is wheelchair friendly. We were seated quickly, the dining room was clean, neat and orderly. There are booster seats and high chairs available. The dining room was set up properly to practice social distancing. A mask is required to enter and all employees I saw were wearing a mask.

I haven’t ventured to Scola’s in over 4 years. It had lost its quality to service and food. However, after having a tent next to them , meeting the owners and tasting there short ribs and meatballs at the Old Home Day in Dracut, well I just had to give it another try. So I took my significant other there last night and I was very impressed as was he. I ordered the Pollo Fantasia and and my significant other the Veal and Shrimp Roberto. They were delicious!! My asparagus was fresh, lobster sweet, chicken juicy and tender and the linguini was al dente. The portions were more than one could eat, leaving us plenty for another meal to take home. The prices were great for the quality and quantity. I am happy I met Brenda and Tony. They are great people, a great restaurant again and great food!!

So moved to dracut almost 2 years ago. I grew up in the boston area my whole life. My mothers side of the family are italian immigrants from Rome and Napoli. I ate for the first time at scolas today . The service was great . I got eggplant parm with penne and marinara. The eggplant was good for having skin on it. Usually the skin causes a sour taste for the eggplant. I tried to order a meatball with my meal. Chef would not do a single meat ball. The menue offers veal for a 3 dollar charge which is fine. 11 dollars for a side of meatballs? The marinara stuck to the perfectly cooked penne. That also had a slightly sour taste. Overall good service nice setting. Not to many italian food places to eat up here in dracut. I will eat there again. Its worth a try .

Chicken marsala tasted so sweet it wasn’t editable and I’m being very serious. Paid $21.00 for it. Service was good. It was empty when I went so can’t speak on the atmosphere
