I was out for a walk and saw this cute little Italian restaurant so I popped in on Valentines Day in my gym clothes. While I felt a bit underdressed, they made me feel like family. The only thing better than the hospitality was the food. Manual, recommended the Mafaldine alla Bolognese and it was absolutely amazing. I paired it with a glass of Cabernet and followed it with a piece of ricotta cheesecake. I am already looking forward to my next visit

One of the waiters was a little idk but he acted as if they only had water and tea. Had to ask a few times for basic juice and stuff. Anyway, other than that it was good. The fried bread 10/10, the egg plant parmesan is HUGE & good. Needed more sauce for the spaghetti but overall will definitely be back. Also, with everything we got the food was like $90! Not bad for that much good stuff.

This is the best Italian food I have had in all of South Florida. Delicious homemade pasta and meat dishes using clean ingredients. Incredible assortment of wines for the perfect pairings. And don’t forget desserts! Perfect for date night or your go to for Italian. Manuel, Michael, William and Chef Anthony are incredible! Please do yourself a favor and come eat!

Great dinner on New Year Eve with live music, very cozy athmosphere and the food is excellent. Had the salmon with zucchini and the family had the lamb ragu papardelle and branding. Very tasty food and the young servers was very attentive.The canola desert is one of the best I had in years.

The best pasta I’ve ever had! The frutti di mare was incredible with the best flavor. White wine and garlic. We had the meatballs for appetizer with clams and ordered a bottle of wine. For dessert the tiramisu was incredible. Will be taking my Italian family back here for more

My favorite restaurant of all time! It is truly an experience to dine at the gem that is Scolapasta. I have had the pleasure to eat at this restaurant at least once a month for the past year. The wonderful staff including Chef Anthony, William, Michael, and Manuel have been so welcoming to us and have made every meal so special. The food is phenomenal! All fresh and clean ingredients. I always feel better after eating here. They handmake their exquisite pasta. Their Linguini alle Vongole is not to be missed. I highly encourage everyone to continually order off of their specials menu. All of their dishes are handcrafted with so much care. I’m meat-free and dairy-free and the restaurant always has so many delicious options available for me to try. My boyfriend is a meat-eater, and has loved all of the meat and pasta entrees he’s enjoyed! We’ve even hosted a special event, pasta making class here – and everyone had the best time! If you see they’re doing a tasting menu, sign up for it. You will not be disappointed. The wine selections are premium and pair perfectly with the meal. The ambience is intimate, perfect for a date night. Truly the best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, make it a point to become a regular here!

We went for a quiet dinner,, we referred to this location by a friend who lives in Lauderdale By The Sea (LBTS) it was fabulous. William on the bar was our server. Extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine. Food was delicious, service was top notch. I recommend this location to all. We are from Boston so we know great food and locations, this is one you don’t want to miss. We are here in FL until May 1st, we will be back for sure.

From the moment I stepped into Scolapasta Bistro, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere immediately felt warm and inviting, much like walking into a beloved family member’s home for a meal. And the food—wow! Every dish was a masterpiece, from the first bite to the last (photos attached to get a glimpse at what we ate). The flavors were perfectly balanced, the ingredients fresh and vibrant, and the presentation was stunning.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the service. The staff at Scolapasta Bistro went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of phenomenal. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
