Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, in a laidback and cozy Galway inspired setting. Have a taste of home in our dining room, a few pints at the bar, or perhaps afternoon tea in our fireside lounge. Located in the heart of Adams Village, Boston.

Beautiful atmosphere, it’s cozy. I got the breakfast burger and it was delicious, melted in my mouth (ask for medium! They cook it to perfection). A tad pricey I paid $21 total for just a burger that comes with potatoes. no drinks. Parking in the back for all stores in the area.

Very very good brunch that you might consider! Easy to park area with very freshly made oatmeals, authentic French toast, and the house brand brunch platter, the price is also very competitive to downtown Boston area, can’t recommend more!!!!
P.S. the coffee is really fresh and good-taste as well!

First time eating at Scobie’s and we had a lovely time. There was a private party that had just ended and the atmosphere was lively. Our server was very nice and recommended some menu items since it was our first time. Looking forward to trying their brunch in the future. The food was good! I enjoyed the salmon and mashed potatoes.

I have been in this area for over 26 years so glad to see so many new great restaurants to choose from ! Scobies is a cool, cute, airy and vibrant place. Very modern.. friendly staff. A large bar. At the bar, you will wait a little for a drink not because it’s busy because it’s a pretty young staff and they don’t know how to approach immediately to offer drinks .Perfect time of year to go St. Patrick’s Day
My husband felt as though the portions could be larger, but the food was good.

Wow, I could’ve made this at home. I was very pleased to have a American breakfast made for me. The potatoes were the best part season to perfection. Bacon was really crispy and thick just like I like it. The place is cute. We went for brunch on a Saturday it wasn’t too packed. Seems to be a cool addition to the neighborhood.

I only checked out the café area of Scoobies, so I didn’t get the full experience of the entire restaurant. The place has two separate entrances, one for the restaurant and one for the café at the back, though they’re all connected inside. The café itself is really cute, with a nice variety of menu options, including food made in Scoobies’ kitchen, pastries, and great drinks. We decided to try the seasonal strawberry shortcake flavor, and the iced coffee was delicious! I’d definitely stop by for another coffee if I’m in the area. We also tried the Oreo donut, but unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy it. It didn’t seem freshly made—it felt more like a store-bought donut, which wasn’t worth the price. The place was pretty busy, and I’m guessing it’s the same on weekends, so service was a bit slow. But the staff was doing their best, juggling multiple to-go orders and walk-ins. I’m definitely eager to return and try the full menu at the restaurant!

Scobies is a great vibe. The ambiance is nice and the food great. I love the BLT on sour dough with and egg over med and chz for breakfast/brunch. The shepherds pie is alwasy great and roasted chicken very good too. Fav bartender/server is Mark, always professional and aims to connect with guests. Located in Ads village, we have always found a spot to park tho, we do go out early. Final thought the Irish brown bread is perfectly baked.

Place has a beautiful atmosphere! Having said that, food came out cold, and the rashers were over done. The bar was way too busy to have one bartender. The food runners often appeared confused on where food needed to go.
Hopefully they get it together in the coming weeks. I’m rooting for this place!

Scobies Café and Bar has always been one of my go-to spots in dot — the food is still brilliant, no complaints there. But ever since Shaun from Ireland left, the place just hasn’t been the same. The warm, friendly Irish atmosphere that made Scobies special seems to have disappeared right along with him.
The service has really dropped off lately, which is disappointing for a place that used to feel like home. The one bright spot is Mark, who still keeps things going strong behind the bar — if you’re sitting there, make sure to try his espresso martini, it’s honestly the best around.
Really hope Scobies can bring back that great energy it had when Shaun was around — the food deserves it !

Had a phenomenal experience here, the bartender was amazing, she handled another table that was treating her terribly with grace and professionalism. I would hire a staff member like that in a heartbeat. I wish that I had 10 people like her working the bar and the floor.
