Hands down the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was so flavorful, well prepared, and FRESH! The tables had fresh cut roses on them and the seats were comfortable. The service was very professional, elegant, and knowledgeable of the menu. I can’t wait to go back one day.
I got scallops in angel hair pasta with spinach and cherry tomatoes. Completely over and above what I expected it to taste like! The double chocolate cake is rich, even for a chocoholic. I recommend you get a cold glass of milk with it.
We got a beautiful antipasto salad that was pure goodness!
The garlic bread is to die for.

Lunch here with a large group. Watching my weight so avoided the garlic knots which were brought to the table promptly with water but everyone else enjoyed. I got the clam soup special. They carefully warned me twice that it was not cream based/chowder which I appreciated and did not want. It was lovely and pleasantly perfectly spicy. We all had separate checks which I know was a pain but done perfectly. OH, and I got a slice of pepperoni pizza to go for my husband— the Sicilian size was HUGE and only $3.25 and he was so happy! A little out of our way but will return.

This was my first time eating here and they did not disappoint my expectations of good italian cuisine. If thats what you are craving don’t wait or hesitate.

This used to be an awesome Italian restaurant. We hadn’t been in a while and were looking forward to a birthday dinner of six tonight. Needless to say, we will NEVER be back! The prices are astronomical. The food was probably the worst dinner we had all had. The service was terrible. My husband ordered the special which was a New York strip with shrimp on top with a marsala sauce and the quality of food was just terrible. I order gluten-free pasta with fettuccine Alfredo & chicken on top. They ended up charging me $36 for this and I had to send it back because it literally tasted like hot water when it came back. It wasn’t much better. Then the owner and her son sat there and continually looked at us with dirty looks until we left. No one came over to apologize nor did they even offer to reduce our bill Or offer a dessert. Total disappointment! Their “B” rating explains everything.

All the pasta dishes and other menu items are made from scratch, large sizes portions with amazing Italian flavors. The cheesecake was creamy. Our server did a fantastic job.

We catered our Thanksgiving dinner from Sciortino’s and it was EXCEPTIONAL!! Chef Tony and his cooking staff made us THE MOST DELICIOUS eggplant rollatini, manicotti, chicken francese, and chicken marsala. The manicotti and eggplant melted in our mouths and the chicken was so succulent and tender, we cut it with a fork. The antipasto was scrumptious. Chef Tony and the crew cooked everything to perfection!! They are superb! The portions were huge. Thank you Chef Tony and the crew for making our holiday fabulous and bringing us back to our Brooklyn roots. We’re so looking forward to our next meal with you guys.

The food was so good.
We were glad to hear that the Saturday night special was the lobster ravioli in a vodka pasta sauce. 10/10 recommend
The chicken Marsala was just how I like it. I like a saucy plate so I can get a little sauce with every bite.
The garlic knots are super garlicky. So plan accordingly.

Absolutely the best authentic American-Italian restaurant in all of the South in my humble NJ/NY opinion. Joanne and Tony are amazing and the food speaks for itself. The baked ziti pie(pizza) is the best! Their garlic rolls and marinara are phenomenal. Been here a few times, only down side is they seem to always be out of the house wine and forced to order a whole expensive bottle. And definitely ask for your pasta cooked el dente. The mussels marinara… my husband wasn’t too pleased. Most of them were still closed and inedible. Probably frozen. But most places here use frozen due to lack of fresh seafood and certain ingredients. They serve the pasta mushy to accommodate the locals who don’t understand. Be sure to ask for yours cooked extra “El dente”. But overall a true hidden gem.

We loved it, but definitely ate too much! The garlic knots are unbelievable.
I had the Tortellini en Brodo to start, and it was a massive bowl. Very tasty, but wished it had more vegetables. Just tortellini & tomato in a chicken broth.
The Chicken Parm & Chicken Marsala were excellent. Nicely pounded thin & perfectly cooked.
The side of bolognese linguine was a meal in itself. Loved the sauce.
Excellent service to top it off.
