I order a small sausage well done pizza. I go to pick up, standing there with no acknowledgment from anyone, the only reason the girl came my way was because the phone rang. I didn’t not tip. Not my usual thing to do, no regrets the pizza dough was raw when my kid started eating it. Well done meant for the dough to be cooked, not just the top of pizza Bering slightly burned (which we like) but come on!! Your menus also has one price and you charged 2.and some change more.

Look at all the 1 star reviews within the last few months. I will never ever come back to this place again. Either management is clueless because the staff is clueless. I called to order a pie with no cheese and said it was because of a cheese allergy and was told that was NOT possible because the pizza is already made. They said they make the pizza in the morning and put cheese on top and reheat it when it’s ordered later in the day with toppings. Then asked if I was okay with that? I said no it’s a cheese allergy. So if it’s a slow day and you order at 7pm. Your pie could have been sitting there for 8 hours. I was told there was nothing they could do and after I said how bout the other 20 times I ordered a pie with no cheese and had no issues. The guy didn’t have a response. Maybe because I was angry when I drove 40 mins to pick up a pie the last time that I ordered that had parmesean cheese on it. Just ordered a pie to be delivered and requested 2 paper plates and napkins being that the house is empty and being sold, and there is nothing inside. The girl, Sandy’s daughter, assured me that it would be sent. Needless to say it was not called back and was hung up on not once but twice and told if we don’t like their food not to call them. Called a third time and she didn’t say a word. Unprofessional and absolutely rude. Should definitely not be answering phones or taking orders if you don’t pay attention to the customer. It’s because of the customers that the business is open to begin with. Thumbs down.

It used to be my favorite pizza. I don’t know what happened. The crust is so hard , it used to be chewy. The pizzeria itself is super hot , I don’t know how the employees can work there.

I ordered chicken alfredo, an eggplant parm and 2 slices of pizza which was $40. Ok no problem. I picked up the order to find out that no chicken was in the chicken alfredo. Just noodles and sauce. So I called them. So the price of the noodles and sauce was $15 and for chicken it’s another $5 dollars. So I said this was not what I ordered because I ordered it with chicken on the phone with them when I placed the order. And this was not my fault and can I have my money back. After a little hassle he gave me my $15 dollars back. Went down the block to taco express. Got a order of steak, grilled chicken,pork, rice and beans, and salad with 3 different sauces for $20 with tax was about $22. This pizza place was charging $20 for just chicken alfredo.
