What a great little project with a scientific play on terms while creating quarks, beers, and pizza. The family salad could serve 6. The four of us struggled to eat it all. One pizza was perfect, we had the Neolithic Revolution.
Tim, the owner, greeted us, explained all the unique types of t-shirt designs. He is a very proud owner. They converted a vehicle garage into a brewery with food.
I loved the fact that I finally got to drink out of a beaker while sampling a few of the 16 different types of beers on tap.
The restroom “XX / XY” was even creatively designed!!! Loved this place!

Had the opportunity to stop by Science Project Brewing Company on a Saturday when we were up in Logansport Indiana Antique shopping. 2 different shops recommended this as a great local place to check out. It’s a super cool building that has a large glass garage door in the front that opens has a large back area for bands and entertaining in the interior has that cool industrial look with a twist on Science and our color system. The owner Tim, was there and he filled us in on the story, explained different drinks and their food choices. We had the Hawaiian style with BBQ sauce, it was delicious.
Joni is not a beer drinker, Tim had a special one that he gave her try sample and she ordered it and enjoyed it.. that was a 1st.

Out of this world place with amazing taste and beer! Check out the fun merch while you’re here! Love the theme! Im updating my review since I just revisited this place and had their amazing build it yourself pizza and the Italian works sandwich paired with the tropical milkshake IPA. FIRST I want to say that the homemade red sauce, pesto, and pizza dough were all AMAZING. I can say that their pizza mopped the floor with pizza uncommon in Lafayette, which means a lot considering that place is one of my all time favorites. I will follow that with saying I think it may even bend over the priest at the beer church in New Buffalo. They have amazing pizza as well but I think this might kick it’s butt out the steeple cause the beer is way better than beer church. I recommend putting pickles and pepperoni with pesto and gouda on your pizza. Moving on to the mouthgasm sandwich. This is where I tried the red sauce and sausage. Holy crap!!! It was amazing. Im a texture person so I hate when my bread gets soggy and while the sauce did soften the bread a little over time, it never got soggy and remained crunchy on the outside!!! I added pictures so you can see the art that was my pizza. So much attention to detail and flavor this place has!!!!

I brought my husband here. He’s the one into beer. So I’m not the best one to judge. The service was good, short staffed but it wasn’t busy on a Wednesday. My husband had a flight I guess that’s what it’s called. He enjoyed and then filled his growler. He liked his beef sandwich. I enjoyed my pepperoni pizza. We drove from an hour away. We will probably come again. To make a suggestion, They should make bread sticks and use the pizza dough.

Really enjoyed my first visit. The space felt open and there were a lot of cool little details to find throughout.
There was a good selection of beers that spanned a lot of different styles and they also offered non-beer options.

Stopped here from choosing it as an option passing through and glad we did. Awesome local place, not your typical themed place so it’s unique and we loved it. The cups are glass beakers and the menus are in plastic school style folders love it. Also, my husband loves darker beers and I love sours, and this place has both.

If you’re in or anywhere near Logansport, IN, you gotta check out this place. We visited The Science Project for the first time to meet family halfway. It did not disappoint! The vibe is laid back, industrial brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor has a stage for live music. Coal oven pizzas were delicious. Highly recommend the quarks! Rocket salad was fresh and delicious too. Vegetarian and gluten free friendly.
