I made my first online order Feb 7th. To THIS DAY, Feb 27th, it’s STILL not right. I have spoken to 3 different people on the phone, and another on an online chat. Each of the first three lied to me, with the online person even becoming rude! The 4th person assured me he could see what had happened and that it would be rectified by last Saturday. Well the order did arrive Saturday, TWICE! I thought, well they’ve doubled my order to make amends…NOPE! They doubled my order AND charged me twice!!! I do not want or need $97 worth of Bagel Dogs and Ice cream cones! Not do I have the freezer space! All this could have been handled by ONE courtesy call, and they DID have my number! Never again, very unreliable, not worth it even though I love the good!

Very unreliable service. We ordered items online and received confirmation our order. Our delivery was changed three times. (They only come our way every other week, so it was delayed 6 weeks. We called three different times to express my frustration. I was told each time that our local service manager would be calling me. It’s been over a month and still haven’t received a call.

Best frozen food hands down. Nothing like having my freezer full of this wonderful food. Love that it is also delivered to my house. I get to save on time and gas.
