Absolutely stunned at the owner’s lack of reasonable accommodation to years-long loyal customers. We did a lot of business at School Street Cafe and have many happy memories made over a nice muffin and coffee shared with loved ones. Couldn’t be more disappointed but that is their choice. I cannot do business with a firm that treats people this way.

Our company had lunch catered from School Street Cafe. We had a variety of different wraps that were all amazing! The Caesar salad was so delicious as was the garden salad. I had the club wrap, (delectable) and from what all my coworkers said, the chicken salad was so tasty, the Caesar wrap, heavenly, the veggie wrap, delectable….how many synonyms for delicious can I come up with? Highly, highly recommend! I would love to try eating at the Cafe. Some day!

Absolutely awesome service-the best I’ve seen in a long time. Christina is a sweet heart and handles all the guests and orders with grace and kindness. Great with suggestions, answered all my questions with a big smile. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Very fair price for local, quality food. Going to be a regular spot for me. This is a hidden gem. Downtown Dunbarton is a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it affair, and tucked on the corner of the town green is this amazing cafe. We’ve always gone for coffee and breakfast, but they offer food other times of day. It’s decorated so tastefully and the staff have always been friendly to us. Highly recommended.

Love this little cafe. It’s a gem in our small town and the ladies who own it could not be any nicer. It has that sweet hometown feel with fantastic food. They even just recently introduced a strawberry cucumber salad over spinach with feta cheese with the option to add chicken and it was fantastic. Their lemonades are also a beautiful treat. Highly recommend. Great indoor and outdoor summer seating.

This is an adorable little restaurant, their sandwiches are very good but they have a very small selection so don’t go with someone who is super picky. They have an outdoor eating area that is very nice. It’s all inside an old farmhouse decorated in a comfy cozy atmosphere. Gotta try the sourdough bread, so good!!

Excellent coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, and more! Everything was perfectly clean, a very bright and peaceful environment. This is exactly what Dunbarton has been missing. I also really appreciate the attention to detail with the food. They could get by serving just about anything due to there being no competition, but the menu is thoughtfully crafted and I found the quality to be excellent and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return soon!
