Today was our first visit. We will be back! My hubby got turkey, brisket and jalapeno sausage. I got turkey, lean brisket and pulled pork. All the meats were delicious, moist, tender and seasoned with a flavorful rub. The 3 meat meal was a total of 3/4lb of meat. I had baked beans and baked potato casserole. Hubby had the potato casserole and corn. All the sides were delicious and generously portioned. They had a soda fountain with coke products and sweet and unsweet tea. They also offered pickles onions and jalapenos on request. There was a soft serve ice cream machine and 4 choices of BBQ sauce. They were Regular, Golden, Spicy and Rustlers. Regular was a typical BBQ sauce around these parts. Golden had a hint of honey mustard with pickle spices or something, slightly sweet and yummy that I really liked. I did not try the spicy but my hubby did and between the spicy ssuce and jalapeno sausage he was sweating. The Rustlers was my favorite sauce. It was thicker and more bold with a sweetmess to it. Nothing watery about it. It stuck to the meat well and did not drip off. The BBQ sauce dispensary was cute. I would rate this place 10/10. This is my top 2 best BBQ places I have ever eaten at. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Dining area was clean. The metal trays the food is served on are warm so even after sitting down, your food stays warm throughout the meal.

An authentic local BBQ joint. BBQ is served in plates or by the pound cafeteria style. Good selection of sides, including baked beans, potato salad, potato casserole, Mexican corn, and cole slaw. The brisket and jalapeño sausage were both excellent. Do yourself a favor and get some pork belly “burnt end.” They’re like meat candy. Quaint dining room was clean and homey feeling. Serving yourself one of their 4 signature sauces is fun with the “condiment cow.”

I had the chance to meet the owner and he impressed me right away. He is a very humble and serving man and you can tell he truly cares about people. I have heard great things about Scholl Bros. BBQ and the reputation speaks for itself. I am excited to visit soon and try the food. In the meantime I am already recommending it to friends and to my countrymen in the area so they can support and enjoy the great vibes this place is known for. Looking forward to stopping by soon.

Great Texas Barbecue! I had the ribs and the brisket combo. The ribs were falling off the bone and the brisket was very moist and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!

On our way home from Winstar and stopped in for some BBQ. First time and we will definitely return! Delicious ribs, with amazing flavor. Not to spicy and more on the sweet side. No BBQ sauce needed. Great sides as well. The baked potatoe casserole was yummy?

Came in at 7, and grabbed some food to go. Since it was the end of the day, some food was running out. But I got that last of the ribs like I wanted! Mexi-corn was out, got the last of the green beans. Got some strawberry cobbler and a cup of ice cream to go. Great service!

The food was really good! The service was ehh. They were too busy complaining about something to each other to take our order. I love the golden sauce and the spicy! So good!! Generous portions and the condiment cow and sow were so adorable!!
