Have had most of their menu now and everything is great! The biggest surprises are their roasted potatoes and their homemade sauerkraut! They sell out both most nights if that is a clue! The place isn’t super fancy and the owners are a classic stoic German personality. But when you pay attention, you can see they are really really nice and really care about what they do. If you come from somewhere with German heritage, this place will bring some of that comforting hometown happiness with their great German food for sure! They do to go to.

I come here every time I’m in town for dinner a couple times a week. Food is amazing reminds me of my favorite German restaurant back home. Nice quiet spot and the people working here are super nice. I’ve been to all of the lower 48 and they have some of the best chicken I’ve ever had seriously top 3 ever.

Excellent German food. I had the Jäger Schnitzel. My wife had the Schnitzel burger. Both were very good. The Kroketten were awesome! They were the best i have ever had! They are homemade and are soo good! The only issue was there could have been more! Their food is hor and fresh

Our community booked the entire restaurant. We had 56 hungry and thirsty seniors ready to get together after hurricane Ian. The owners did a great job of preparing the house specials, Schnitzel, etc for our buffet line, including made on site apple strudel for dessert. We patiently lined up to order our wine or beer, served at very reasonable prices. Efficient service made it all go smoothly.
