I purchased the 647 hamburger buns on Nov 13th the best use by date was marked November 18th, when I went to use them the same day that I purchased them the rolls had green mold on them, this is not the first time that this has happened, I contacted the company and never heard a word from them,,hence this post. Very poor customer service. I had a problem with a bread that had clumps of flour lumped into the slices. I emailed Schmidt and provided them with the packaging info and what happened. Someone did reply, asking me to send them the packaging info which I already did initially. I sent them the info again and got no response back. Schmidt could careless about the customer.

Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Italian is the best low-carb bread I have ever tasted! Each slice has 6g of net carbs (compared to 22-25g per slice for other breads), so it is an excellent choice for anyone watching their carbs. The quality isn’t always consistent, but even so, the product tends to sell out the same day it arrives. With Schmidt’s 647 products, you don’t have to give up bread to lose weight!

Was a long time customer but recently had some issues with their product (bread getting moldy in just a few days). Sent them an email letting them know that I’ve had to throw out their products due to premature expiration and got no response… apparently they don’t care about the quality of their products or customer retention

A lot is said by the equipment they use….. There’s this truck who comes down hunting park ave in Philadelphia at 3 am…. The truck has open headers… The exhaust is broken and has been for months.. The driver drives like a maniac doing like 70 mph in a 25mph zone… The truck is so obnoxiously loud and I’m notifying truck enforcement and he’s going to get a bunch of citations… If a company like that can’t afford to repair their vehicles and don’t care about their customers or being professional.. Absolutely unacceptable
