Normally, I don’t review fast food but it has been over a decade since I’ve been to a Schlotzky’s. I ordered the chicken fiesta sandwich combo with Mac and cheese side. The Mac and cheese was really good for fast food and the sandwich was decent but was supposed to come with jalapeño cheddar bread and did not. The cashier in the drive thru also forgot to give me my card back so I had to make a trip back to pick it up.

Had a great experience at Schlotzsky’s. The service was genuinely excellent, friendly, fast, and attentive without feeling rushed. The food was just as good. I tried the Deluxe Original, the Giant Turkey Bacon Club, and the Avocado Turkey, and all of them were fresh, flavorful, and generously made. Everything tasted well prepared and satisfying. Definitely a solid spot if you want good sandwiches with great service. Would absolutely come back.

This place has been better. Today’s visit at about 5:30 no crowd service was fine. Place had a sewage smell and I informed staff who said he’d report to the manager. Food arrived and second bite into pastrami on rye a little chilly as in not hot or warm in the middle. Also taste of cumin unclear where that flavor came in. A sliver of a pickle. At any rate overall experience less satisfying than two prior visits. It’s a long drive for me to get here so I hope this is a one-off.

Stoped by for lunch. Food was good, service good, but the lady’s restroom was so filthy. It had not been cleaned in so long there was built up brown rings in the toilet and the sink was so dirty. Scary to think how they maintain the kitchen. Hope I don’t get sick. Feb,2026

Food was delicious and staff was friendly. It was pretty busy right we went right at lunch time but they got people through quickly. Some of the best soup I’ve had at a restaurant. They have lots of great options on their menu as well.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten at a Schlotzsky’s so I was excited to find one in Tuscon. It was as good as I had remembered. Yasmina was great! When she wasn’t helping customers she was out cleaning and straightening. The atmosphere is what it is: a fast-food joint. But the food is great!

Always a great experience. Wish they had a location in Yuma. Great sandwiches, larger than most. I get the original with no onions and add mayo on rye bread. So good.

My sweetie and I shared a late lunch at Schlotzsky’s,. My Sweetie ordered a pizza & I ordered the Chicken salad and of course a cinnamon bun.
Our food was delicious, very tasty, I would return and make it a regular place, if I lived in the state.

We had a great experience at this location. The service is very friendly and profesional. The manager came out and opened the door for us even though we were just park waiting for out drive thru order. We brought two Calzones and they were delicious, and very large (check out the pictures attached) We also got one Cinnabon and just be mindful that the Cinnabon needs to be warm up in the microwave before you eat it. I will highly recommend this location and I will definitely return.
