I had lunch at this place and enjoyed the “original” small sandwich and a small drink for under $10. The sandwich bread was made fresh and the sandwich ingredients were also fresh and flavorful. A crunchy and delicious pickle spear was also served with my sandwich. The root beer soda I had with my sandwich was perfectly blended with the right portions of carbonated soda and syrup. The service was far beyond my expectations. The employees were on top of their game. I especially like to Congratulate the Manager for the great work and for keeping the restaurant located at Weber and Holly in Corpus Christi in such great shape. She certainly knows her business at keeping the customer first in her establishment. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable place to have a bite to eat. Prices are reasonable priced. Service is outstanding and fast. I will certainly go again in the near future.

Trainee cashier was struggling a little but did ok, nees to learn how to count change back to customers. Kitchen got order wrong but corrected it once I brought to their attention and they made a new sandwich without onions as ordered. Eating area was clean and well stocked. Will be back again in the future.

Never been to a Schlotzskys before but it was really good. I got the Cheezy Beef with Chipotle mayo and cheese. A medium was big and heavy. When I opened the sandwich I was afraid it was going to be life Arby’s because of the way it looked, but it was not, it was so good. The bread was soft but toasted. The mayo and cheese were super melty. It was 16$ for my meal alone but i think worth it. Felt like I was eating real food not fast food

The salads had rotten lettuce on it and they didn’t know what to do about it. I just ate the topping and that was it and it cost me $10 per salad. They need someone in here that knows how to deal with the salad that’s bad instead of asking me if I want the salad remade.

This location is terrible. There is always a problem with my order every single time. Employees have blamed me for getting the wrong order. Been pretty much refused a refund twice as of today. Not sure why I go back other than it’s conveniently located by my work. I placed an order online once again today at 6:33 got to the store around 6:40; order wasn’t ready. People behind me order 3 sandwiches and while I am waiting they get there food. At this point it’s almost 7:00 so I ask for a refund. Manager audibly from the back says, “Well he is going to have to wait I am busy.” Guess what…. customers can be busy too. Hopefully corporate will issue me a refund because to me that was a refusal. This location is a no go for me. My mind has been pretty much been blown by the incompetence and rudeness of the stores Employees. On a side note on a prior visit where they gave me the wrong sandwich they took it and threw it away. Another lady in the store had a wrong item given to her and they let her keep the sandwich. I would hate to say it but I think a little bit of racism might be a problem here. Oh well. I I could rate it 0 stars I would. The customer or at least me as a customer is definitely not valued.

So I went to the drive thru at the weber location. When ordering my sandwiches with the vegies on the side pickles and hot sauce the girl taking my order let out a big sigh like if I was asking for too much. I get my order checked the bag. No pickles no hot sauce. I flagged her down and she “hands” me hot sauce no bag. Then comes back and handed me the pickles in a the clear bag they put them in. I guess putting everything in a side bag was hoping for too much. I get home and they forgot to add the avocado to my sandwich and its not on the side. So I think no big deal I’ll just add the lettuce and tomatoes. I open the containers for the lettuce and tomatoes to what smelled like decaying vegetables. Sure enough as you can see in the pictures brown lettuce and then ends of some green unripe tomatoes. This is not the first time I’ve been given old veggies. And not the first time I’ve gotten an incomplete sandwich. The sad part is it wasnt even that busy. Looking at the food I was given I can see why it was slow. This location used to be great not sure what happened. But I blame myself for giving them another chance. If you want a great sandwich don’t come to this place…

#1 small original is the perfect size meal with a small sandwich, bag of chips, drinks, and a chocolate chip cookie. Make sure you get your cookie, it completed the meal. Awesome customer service 12/30/2020

The wait is extra long with me being the only car waiting to order. The car in front of me had to wait forever to order, I’ve been sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes now and the girl says hold on it will be a few minutes, giggles and then just waiting, finally gets my order, I get to the window and surprise nobody there so more waiting, 24 minutes later I finally got a sandwich but no drink and no chips so I had to wait for them to come back to the window to get me the rest of my order. This was the slowest fast food ever with the worst customer service.
