My Sandwich really sucked. I ordered the deluxe. Hardly any meat on my sandwich. There was No black olives, one very thin sliced tomato, one half sliced onion. Very light lettuce. I’m paid $16 for this meal. I’m very disappointed and I will not be returning.

My wife is scheduled for surgery on Monday, the 7th, and for her last meal for the next 12 hours, she asked for potato soup from Schlotzsky’s. I was happy that potato soup was available at this late hour, but instead of the satisfying meal my wife hoped for, she got the clump served in the picture. It was more like macaroni and cheese. All the manager could say was that our money could be refunded or we could get a replacement meal at a later date. The supposed manager was matter-of-fact, and she would not believe the consistency of soup of which I write. It upsets me knowing the backstory, but why do I need a good reason to expect a quality product? Why can’t good soup be that… just because?

5-20-25 Dining room floor was sticky with soda, selection of drinks were slim. One worker was sitting talking to 2 girls with work to be done! Won’t be back for a while. Hope the manager wakes up!!

I ordered a sandwich, chips and a Cinnabon along with a salad and soup. I went in for pickup and just got the salad. Went back in and was told they were out of soup. Then they found my other bag with the soup and sandwich.
Got home and found a mess in my bag so that was cool. No chips or Cinnabon but it was such a headache getting my second bag of food, consider that a donation.
