Picked up lunch to go a week ago as my wife and I headed out to Big Bend NP. Service was quick and friendly, and the sandwiches were as good as expected as we drove on down the road. No issues with this location!

I don’t think the food is superb. However, it is delicious. I do like their BOGO Wednesdays. You can feed a family of four and end up with leftovers. We get their personal sized pepperoni pizzas (4 for $20), and each of us can only manage to eat half of our own pizzas before we’re content.

Went Tuesday or Wednesday, % hands down, one of the best experiences. We got drive thru and were treated like royalty, honestly! Everything fresh, daughter had pizza that was excellent, I had the turkey bacon sandwich on sourdough, just yummy!!! So delicious and the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you for having the best people working together in this location. They deserve a raise! Just great!!!!

Poorly managed and employees not particularly competent. Ordered the $5 happy hour pizza (Friday) after it was suggested to us. We got charged full price anyway. Out of sweet Tea, Ice and plastic utensils. Like so many other places, they’ve been better in the past than they are now.

Ordered French onion Calzone. Per drive thru, no napkins, onion soup rolling around inside the bag and spilled some; they pinched the lid. The lid on my regular drink was also pinched and spilled. The sandwich is cut in half and 1/2 of the bread was torn. So, after picking up that half the contents fell out.

Im a big fan but today I was disapointed. There was fiber hairs all over my sandwich. Spoiled my appetite trying to pull them off my sandwich. Should not have to clean my food before eating it. It wasnt just one small fiber hair, it was a lot! I wont be going back to this location. I also asked for an oatmeal raisin cookie and got a sugar cookie. Its obvious the employees dont care about their job.

Pizzas are good. The sandwiches are okay. Cinnabon is a disgusting joke. (See picture). It is rock solid and nasty looking. I went though drive thru today and the lady working it was a miserable human being. I’m not sure why they have her working drive thru. This is at 2:10pm on 1/21. Receipt says host name is “TERM 5 AM”. Probably short for what she should be, terminated.
