The young lady in the letterman jacket on 2/24 is clearly at work sick when she should not be. As I was waiting for my food she was coughing and sneezing as she prepared my drink. She started to touch her nose and use her fingers and sleeves of her jacket to wipe her nose after. She is also the same employee bagging orders, spreading germs. I can’t imagine what happens when a customer isn’t around to see. Wasted money on a drink. Threw it away after seeing her cough and sneeze while preparing it with the cup open. I gave this location another chance after my mom got sick about 3 weeks ago with food poisoning from this location. My entire family has been coming to this location since it opened but it’s not the same. Definitely won’t be back, as someone is clearly always sick at this location. Germs spreading to every customer.

The food is great and the place is very clean, but the staff is dry n need customer service training. They took our order never said hello just… Can i take your order…. Then when they brought our food literally just placed it on the table and turned away. I even said thank you and they didnt respond thats horrible service. Among themselves in the back you can hear them laughing but yet to the customers they don’t give a hoot. Even when we were leaving 2 of them watched us leave we said thank you and as we expected no response. Sadly customer service for them is -50

I believe my problem was although the bread was very nice, when you take the sandwich as a whole it felt and tastes like I was eating a folded pizza, And that was not what I was looking for.

I came here to get lunch to go for the first time. It was pretty quiet inside and clean. Their French onion soup is pretty good, it could use more cheese and less bread in it though. The caprese sandwich is also good, but I think I will go without the lettuce next time since it’s mediocre and they used a lot. It’s good enough, I will be back for sure and plan to keep trying different things there.

You know this is one of those meals that you don’t have that often and then when you need it, you need it LOL. Had Schlotzsky’s twice this week. And not sorry LOL. That bread keeps me coming back. That bread should be on every damn sandwich you eat! Gave it a three star, which is just okay, for the counter help. They were not rude, they were just not anything. It all. And if you find yourself in a rush and want it to the drive-thru, small suggestion, ask for the lettuce tomato and dressing on the side so you can add that back when you get where you’re going and not have a little mushy mess. You need this sandwich to be eaten the way it was intended to be eaten. Also gave in to the Cinnabon roll. I think you can ask them to heat it up but I forgot. This friend and I decided to share one. I’m glad I did, and I’m sorry I did LOL. I wanted it all.

I placed a catered pickup order with Schlotzsky’s for lunch on Monday, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Everything was ready right on time and packaged so beautifully, which made setup an absolute breeze. The presentation was clean and professional, and every item was fresh, flavorful, and a total hit with the group. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, and it definitely showed. I’ll absolutely be ordering again for future events. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Above average sandwiches and Cinnabons. Fast, clean, friendly staff, very delicious. I would recommend to anyone hungry for something delicious and better than any other sandwich place around. I was very pleased and fulfilled with my meal. Good enough to eat here daily.
