Waited 38 mins, never got my food. I ordered a regular meal deal and a soup for $21.08. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked for my money back when the worker said she didn’t know how much longer it would be to get my order. Two other customers also asked for a refund because they were each waiting over 30 minutes. I was told that they would write down the last four digits of the credit card that I use and that I would have to wait until Monday for a manager to come in to issue my refund. I tried to call the restaurant back to ask for a manager and it said that the line was busy. I tried to call Corporate and it says that they are closed until Monday. So now I just have to wait on Faith for a $21.08 refund until the weekend is over with no paper other than my receipt my complaint and two other customers that are in the same situation as me. Never got my food! Horrible. Will not come back. Employees were all mad. Need my refund.

I tried the new chicken avocado flatbread. It was delicious! Fresh & hot. The service was not bad but it seemed like the cashier was distracted or in a hurry. I went through the drive thru. Overall a good experience.

I’d like for once I come to this location and my food to be correct. Schlotzkys is one of my favorite places! I go weekly and get the same thing every time. The other location is always great but unfortunately had issues today so I couldn’t get my food there. I came to this location and yet again food was prepared wrong. It’s unfortunate.

I’ve never posted a bad review but 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru took OVER 20 mins. I ordered 1 sandwich. Then when I got to window, nothing said about wait. I had to wait even longer to then be able to watch the employee do nothing but stand around and cut up. WORST SERVICE

This is a great place. The food is always fresh… “love the salads” and the sandwiches. The staff is so friendly. Met the very friendly manager Shanel or Chanel this time, sorry about the spelling. And it is always so clean. I’ll be be back. P.S. I lived in Austin when the first Schlotzsky’s opened… still great food.

Loaded sandwich for $11 that doesn’t taste like it has a bunch of filler toxic ingredients? Grav yourself a roast beef #8 thank me later! The beef itself is a little “bland” but the upside is that it tastes like real meat compared to the fake toxic fast food places. I feel great after chowing down on this sandwich l. Lyndsy was great as well!

Worst first experience ever. I wouldn’t go back if I was dying of hunger. They forgot half my order to start… then one of my sandwiches didn’t have cheese… then they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea…. then my calzone didn’t even have any meat in it… all it had were peppers and onions. Then it didn’t even have a taste to any of it.

Pretty good. The only issue I have is the service is always super slow, even if you order ahead online you’ll still have to wait for your order. Other than that it’s a pretty good sandwich.

Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. The server was friendly and checked more than once to make sure our order was correct. The food was what we expected and having two kids with Celiac disease means we value predictability. All in all, an easy choice that did not disappoint.
